REBONDED

thanks to u know who i went to this hair salon near my work place to get my hair rebonded!!

i think i look better now...should have took a pic of the previous hair before i do this........

and also with my newly trimmed eye brow

anyway, am very happy........damage $80......so much cheaper than the K place which wanted to charged me $250!!!!!

i will definitely recommend this salon to ppl lor

really and not K in terms of value for money!!

the rebonding (soft bond) was done in like less than 2 hours......

the moment i went in at 630pm

2 ppl applied the lotion on my hair

then the guy washed

and 2 ppl blow dry

then the guy clamp my hair

and then the owner came and trimmed the hair

then another came to apply the final lotion on my head

and then the guy washed for me

2 person came and blow dry

and then the owner came for the final touch and clamp

and i am out of there by 730pm.......

swee!!!!!!!

if u r looking for a salon and u happened to stay in the west or maybe consider as central bah

feel free to drop by bukit merah and look for this hair salon "ALFA"

no regrets!!

SERVICE WITH A SMILE

i always feel tt if u ain't friendly, helpful or patient dun enter the service industry
really, for what?
to get angry every day
sigh

i had half hour to spare before my trimming session
so i walked ard
i came upon a push cart and saw a N model phone gg for $85
so out of curiousity i asked the uncle "excuse me. is this phone a camera or non camera phone?"
he totally ignored me
never mind, maybe i was too soft so i tried again
but its the same response from him
then i tried the third time.......and this time i am starting to get impatient le
and i dun know what the duck he is doing......and this time he looked up and asked "which one" and i went went "this white one"
and he still asked me "WHICH ONE" and i tl liao and said "THIS WHITE ONE"
he looked at the model for a few mins before finally replying me...."its with camera"
and i was like "wtf" and i was abt to ask him "then do u happened to have a non camera phone"
but he was fast, he quickly said "u want non camera phone? all camera here"
and i walked away after saying "thank you"
and he went back to do what the duck he was doing...........

then i walked to another push cart also selling mobile
and there was this lady who wanted to get a phone
but i dun know what she asked him and he replied "nowadays all the phone from china de. no more from the original country le. its all china phone. unless u get N or the L then its original" then he like dun want to talk to her anymore
hm.......so i see, all the brands except N and L have shifted their factories to china......why? cheaper??

and i decided, i am not gg to buy hdp from such push carts store or from such lousy service attitude
really........and frankly what if the phone does not comes with warranty.....and i got to bear with such bad service before i can get a phone....
oh please........

service comes with a smile and its comes from the within de
just like how u would treat ur friends.......u treat them with all ur due respect
if u cannot smile whole heartedly when servicing others, i think u better dun to serve
coz nobody owes anybody anything,
so when nobody wants to buy something, and anybody dun feel like serving , and offer those half past nine kind of attitude to nobody then why bother to serve........

BEFORE THE NEW YEAR....

i have some tasks i need to complete or try to accomplish before end of the year which is like in 3 days time???!!??

what!! 3 days!! omg!! now then i realised i actually dun have much time

to do list:-

1) trim eye brow - checked. have to thank esther, coz she advised me to call and make a booking but i just simply refused to do it. told her i will just walk in but on the way to the mrt, i decided to call...coz i thought i have many things to do so i dun want to waste a single day...........=)) thank you u.....
2) cut my hair -in a mess now, and i really want to re bond it!!! who can tell me where can i find reasonable price t0 do rebonding for my 2 sides only
3) shop for a new pyjamas and *ahem* - tts why need to go metro sales
4) return what i have to return .....like the 2 dvds sitting on my table??? kekeke

actually, now tt i listed them down, i dun think its hard to accomplish rite

subsequently, dear requested his mama to change the fish tank to a bigger size one coz the 3 newly accquired fishes has no space to swim around

when his dad heard it "i want the fish tank since u are changing to the bigger one" and immediately the mama went "u dun put the fish tank in my room lor"

and the papa said "who said put in ur room? i am gg to put it on MY table" stressing on the word "MY" and immediately the mama shot back "ur table is not in my room meh?"

MY LITTLE BLUE

can u spot my fishing rod........"little blue" is her name......... =))

my first catch.........me in my full gear....cap, long sleeve top and pink pants...very standard, every weekends........=)) and must be under the shade with my red umbrella and my mag.......

ya, i know, the water is very dirty, but dun know why still managed to catch 4 to 5 fishes with little blue.....

so i send in my queries before deciding whether to place an order or not

i remember many many donkey years ago
the air con unit from one of the unit above us kept dripping
and it splashed on to the window panes and the water splashed into the room
ok, though its small droplets, but the windows were wet and the carpet were wet too
and then during the night, the "drip drip drip" noise was very disturbing....cannot sleep lor
my parents called up town council and was told to call HDB
so we called HDB and was referred to town council
so it was a merry go round (sounds familar)
it was only until my dad threatened to call the mp up, then did one of the dept (can't remember was it TC or HDB) send one of their staff to station himself at the flat opposite us to monitor the situation and also at the same time try to see which unit was causing us the inconvenience......

though end of the day, we did not managed to find the culprit
but i tell u this is what i called professional lor

at least action is taken....see already also shuang

well, all i can say is the ppl nowadays too complacent le.....

last evening, mum and i were in the dining room, she was reading her papers and i was watching show
in the living room, my dad was watching his korean show

and then suddenly, out of the blue...we only heard my sister screaming at her top of her lungs (ok, exaggerated...coz the house is small....so her voice is loud) *ahem*

anyway, after few screaming sessions and curiousity got the better of me
i went into the room
before i stepped into the room, i could hear my sister screaming again
then when i finally stepped into the room, i realised tt they were playing a pc game and the little one was slow in helping her

as usual, i cannot tolerate what i saw and i shouted at her (ok, i just raised my voice a little lah. know, my voice, very loud de)
"u r only playing a game lor. why must u shout at her? she does not owe u anything ok."
"she is so stupiak. she dun know"
"if u are smart, then dun ask her to help u. play by urself. she dun owe u anything to let u scold her like tt"

and after few mins, the sister spoke nicely to the little one
not so excited as she was before
and i think given some more time, the little one seemed to get a hang of the game and played much better

i took a look at what the clothings were and went "dun want lah. t shirts i have"

turned out tt someone did not do anything and can still tell somebody tt she has no idea where is the place so how to make reservation??!!? and it has been 2 weeks and no notification, no news, no update so "is it still on?"

does it mean the same thing?
or sentence 1 means "IF WE EVER GO SHOPPING"
and 2 means "WHEN WE GO SHOPPING"

is there an uncertainty, ie not sure will go or not in sentence 1.....and sentence 2 is confirmed will go

so to say if some one says "next time, if we get marry, we will have 2 children"
is as good as saying "no committment here. no strings attached"?????? coz only IF we get marry ????

this morning, in the lift for 20 ppl
6 ppl got into the lift
3 stood at the left side
2 stood at the right side
and the last person came into the lift and stood just next to me, on the right side
she then exclaimed "11th floor pls"
and then the guy standing next to the lift button panel pressed for her
and i turned and looked at her, she has the very "u ought to press for me look" on her face, and she was holding a handkerchief in her hand, covering her nose and mouth.....
and i just wonder, the lift is so empty and she could have pressed the button herself on the right side
afterall the lift was not crowded lor

6 ppl for a 20 pax lift..........u go think......

if she is so afraid of the germs on the buttons, then dun leave her house....

WESTERN WEEK

was thinking abt my dinner for whole of last week
when i was home alone....

mon - KFC
tue - clam chowder with bread
wed - black pepper chicken chop
thur - ribeye steak
fri - fish and chip and 2 chicken wings......

really western week leh......
so this week, when the parents are back.......
I WANT CHINESE FOOD!!!!
