i dun understand why ppl want to "take it to heart" over such petty stuff
its started like this:-

D asked me out for dinner, i said OK
then i asked "who else coming"
D said "who else u want to come"
i said "anyone, u call lor. i am ok de"
D said "ok"

few mins later she said she gathered S and H
i said "OK"
then she tld me tt S is on course therefore dinner has to be at 630pm and be ard the area which S requested
which i also said "OK"

anyway to me its small matter mah
no big deal rite?
afterall its only a dinner
who does not need to eat... but of course i want to eat with ppl want to see la
so S and H are ppl whom i am OK with... except for S (remember the burn incence stuff incident)
anyway coz S and D are good friends....so...

and then all settled le rite.. 4 of us...
then hor, becoz of the location, we decided to jio S2 along....
then becoz of S2 we jio N
and then becoz of H, D went to jio J
swee...dinner for 2 became dinner for 7

then suddenly last evening, S said she cannot make it
and then D's volcano erupted

then blah blah blah pui pui pui tsk tsk tsk
u know what happened when a lady threw temper.. WOW!!

ok, then now how?
dinner cancelled lor
which is also fine with me...
and S knew tt D is angry, decided to come for the dinner afterall

then S2 asked me what happened
and i told him DUN CARE DUN BE BOTHER DUN GET INVOLVED

seriously, when a lady is angry then dun go ka jiao ka jiao lor

so now final decision is what?
final decision is D is having lunch with me!!

i told her dun be angry la afterall she and S are good friends, and she suddenly got last min arrangment also bo pian ah
and most impt she still having dinner with me mah (which is the original plan rite)
and now tt we have arranged with the other friends, then with or without S we can still proceed, not like without S, we cannot eat
but she very persistant no dinner!

it made me realised maybe the problem lies with me and not them

eg.  dun tell me to "JUST DO IT" at least tell me why must do it
i guess i am not someone who will "JUST DO IT" i also need to know why and what will happen next

went for buffet lunch then she treated me to an express pedi!!

the air con in my master bedroom not cleaned up and till today he has not give me an explanation why the air con's cover was TEAR OFF!!
despite the fact, tt i insisted tt it was being ripped off and he said ITS BIG WIND BLOW

if big wind blows, then how come the tape ard the air con unit is still intact and why only master bedroom's unit

COSTA ALANTICA - DAY 3

Day 3

set the alarm at 830am
end up the little one said she dun want to take breakfast so i said ok lor
afterall last nite before i slept, i drank a cup of hot water and no pain after tt
THANK GOD!

dun ask me, coz everytime ask me le, sure sway one

so mama asked gastric ok or not
then i rolled eyes told her ok lor (coz i cannot scream and shout mah. and if i tell them dun ask la pang tang. they wont believe me de. but it always happened leh. and i dun like lor)
anyway the moment i stepped onto penang land.. the pain strike me!!

anyway i was lucky coz stop 1 ..BREAKFAST

we ordered many many dishes like noodle, carrot cake, kway tiao, pancake and we shared
best thing was i gastric rite? they still go order COKE for me
WTF!

but i took a sip la, if not, how can niece finish it herself
and not good for her to drink coke too
esp early in the AM

after tt, driver drove us ard
and then sis pissed off again
coz dad was like talking "rubbish" again to the driver la

anyway as dad was talking to the driver, he changed our routes
as in wat sis has planned la

coz the places which she planned were either cancelled or we spend lesser time there for photo taking

anyway i also dun care la
like i told her little one
we dun pay a single cent, so we just follow, dun make noise

Lunch time after some sight seeing to penang's condo and some hotels....
we went photo taking at hard rock hotel and also for toilet break la... haha
but i think like what sis said, i rather stay in the boutique hotels... haha more favourful...

anyway lunch was at this nonya rest (yes! we had nonya in malacca and again in penang)
but do rest assured, its a different taste and favour all together
end up papa said the one in malacca is much better
and bil said he prefers the one in penang coz the one in malacca we can find it in singapore too... as in the favour and taste very much alike to singapore nonya food

after lunch, we went to get local products and then we got nutmeg syrup to make drinks!
hahaha
yum yum.. sis and bil and papa likes.. so we each took 2 bottles!!
actually i wanted the honey lime but its ok... gastric better dun drink
too sour!!

after product buying, we went for more photo taking before we went for chendol (YES! AGAIN)
tis time,i said i dun want.. coz i dun really fancy chendol. eat once enough...
after tt we cheong back to the dock and guess what
we were the 2nd last family to arrive
hahaha
the cruise was like " boom boom"
and then we were asked to hurry up and run
hahaha
of course we just walked faster la
run for what
they also saw us le, so they wont pull away from the dock (according to bil)

back to rooms and the little one was ok with my suggestion when i told her "should we go explore and take photos?" 
haha
so we went exploring and photo taking too

i told her i want to take some nice photos to change the office profile pic... so we took quite a few photos... so tt can pick and choose mah...
then back to the hotel room
and i slept lor
hahaha...with my mask on too!!
the little one was reading her book again

rest assured, after the trip, i always bath before i sleep....hahaha
fresher mah
and smell nicer too!

dinner was at 830pm AGAIN!!
so this time i was smarter, since no pain, i rather go eat something first
so i told the little one would she wants to go eat with me before dinner time
just in case i tummy ache again
she said ok
and guess what just before we left, sis called and asked me the same thing
i told her i am gg to grab some food now and she said ok.."grab a table for 6. we will come up soon"

nothing available at tt time only pizza so i took 2 pc
then the rest of them came down and there were more food varieties
so we grab more food
and then dad asked any shows to watch
and we said ya got magic show
and off we went... the show starting at 730pm so we went to chope the seat

not bad la, no complain abt the magic show la
but then i think no shows will please the little one
all the shows she also not interested lor
haha
sitting there watching the shows like a torture to her...hahaha
poor thing

anyway after the magic show back to the italian rest for dinner
this time sis was much better
kept her cool
she just let the old folks order wat they want
she told me "most impt is they happy"
swee rite!
last nite no see her think this way....

anyway the dinner was much enjoyable than the previous nite
and then after dinner, we went to watch the MR AND MRS COUPLE contest
then we called it a nite...(again for the little one and me)
i dun know abt the rest


LAST DAY

we arranged to have the last breakfast on the cruise

dad was so impatient (as usual)
cheong cheong cheong
told him sis said 915am to meet
but he 8 plus asked us to go eat le
we knocked and called sis
but she did not answered
so we went to the rest for breakfast first

soon after sis and bil came and join us
dun asked me how they knew where we were sitting
hahaha
but they found us!!

so after tt, we went back to our room and pack up
coz we need to leave our rooms at 10am (check out)
sis send me and little one to the buffet rest to chope seat at 945am
and we all were suppose to gather there
for whatver reason papa and mama left even before us!!
and so we went to up to the buffet area thinking tt they were there
we walked 3 rounds but no sight of them
so and the rest was crowded le
so we quickly go look for a table instead
and soon sis and bil came
but no sight of parents

then i volunteered to go look for them at 2nd floor
i managed to find them and asked them why they never meet at the buffet rest
papa said they went but no see us
then i told him sis said to come up at 945am and they came up much earlier then they should have just waited
of course they wont see us la coz they come up so much earlier

anyway we sat there and waited for our lunch
then we saw many passengers also coming up but they dun have a table
coz it was all full
anyway after lunch we decided to go eslwhere to wait for our turn to leave the ship
our schdueled time was actually 430pm
but as bil has a wedding dinner to catch
sis and him decided tt we should "gate crashed"
hahhaa
we decided to leave the ship with the 345pm grp
and hey presto!!
no ppl stopped us!!
haha
so we just follow the Q and make our way to the exit
i guess its also becox ours are all hand luggage if we have checked in our luggage i think it would have been a different story.....

anyway over all exp
was OK only
i just like it coz its a family trip
but i think the next trip, we have to go somewhere chinese, i think the old folks dun like ang mo food....
cruise service crew was Ok, friendly
but the service sucks!!
no gastric pills....and i tell u, our toilet has no bath foam... hahaha those dispenser kind
and i called for room service to get it refilled on day 2... till we left the cruise ship, it was never refilled!!
DUH!!

cant believe dad said tt star cruise is MUCH better
how to compare
the only thing i can think of is, its more chinese than ang mo eat...hahaha
FOOD la!!
food wise got chinese food... tts why he likes lor

but u should plan mah
everyday he filled his plate with all kind of food

of course everyday eat will be sianz
he should like today is amercian breakfast, tomolo is international breakfast and day after is chinese
then he wont be sianz lor

anyway he said no more cruise for him except for star cruise
i think sis will faint if she came to know abt it
hahaha
so lets see whether the papa knows how and when to keep his mouth shut!!

COSTA ALANTICA - DAY 2

DAY 2

went for breakfast at the italian rest after tt back to the room for last min preparation to leave the cruise ship for our 1st port of calling, MALACCA

we went to the theatre to take our tender number.. LUCKY NUMBER 12!!
hahaha!
it was like number 10 when we just stepped into the theatre
so few mins later, they called our number and we were all urshered onto the smaller ship and zoomed off to malacca

dad's friends were here to pick us up and bringing us ard
first stop was to the i dun know what... hahaha.. need to climb some steps to see the ruins of a church???  then 2nd stop to the museum at the bottom of the ruins... nothing special except for the AIR CON!!

next stop LUNCH!!

same rest as we went to with the RC the other time!
coz papa said NICE!!

after lunch we proceed to JONKER STREET for the chendol and then it was free and easy for the next 45mins...
weather so damn hot lor
and we dun even have time to walk from one end to the other end
DUH!
so we did not see much of JONKER STREET
everybody just cannot stand the weather

we got to eat the chicken rice ball!! hahaha

seriously must go to the traditional one at the end of JS...near the san shu gong's place.....

after tt, its back to the dock to go up the ship le
coz we need to take the small ship back to the big cruise ship
so need to cheong.... back

back on the cruise ship, we went back to our room, and REST!!
but the old folks and sis and bil went exploring again
and the little one and i were in the room
i was napping and she was reading her book

when i woke up few mins later, its like evening time
i forgot tt dinner was at 830pm

and i tio gastric coz i forgot to eat anything!!!
DUH DUH DUH

mum forgot to bring along my gastric pills which i thought was ok la, can get from the ship
end up the china lady receptionist told me i got to come tomolo as the clinic was closed
so i asked her i am in pain now i need medication does she knows where i can get the pills she said "i only have motion sickness pill" and therefore i started to change my opinion of the cruise le
BAD SERVICE!!!


anyway its the dinner i want to talk abt
coz it was when sis's scream and shout and then for dun know why bil also "shoot" her
hm...
then we all stunned...ok, more like i was stunned
ok..small case, not first time we witnessed it

so we all were seated at our table
then we were passed the menu
frankly i was not feeling well
so i just want something hot for my bad tummy
so i only ordered a soup out of the 6 appetitizers which we can choose from...
1st bomb from sis... "Y ONLY ORDER ONE?"
so i told her i not feeling well, so if she wants, she order from my set
so she unhappy le, and said "just order and we can share mah"
so i said " IF U WANT, THEN U ORDER, HOW I KNOW WHAT U WANT TO EAT"
then i think she got the message or maybe not, but she did place an order later when the orders were being taken

then the next best thing is, dad wants to order for mama
and he was like telling the waiter what he wants and mama wants
but i think mama still cannot make up her mind so they were like holding up the Q
and the waiter has his own taking order method

he was like "shrimps. how many?" " fish how many? "soup how many"
and papa was like "can i have a XXX and my wife a YYY. then i want a AAA and my wife a BBB"
and the waiter just continued with his own version of fish how many? shrimps how many? hahaha
so finally i just raised up my hand when he went "soup how many"
and then then finally he got his first order... hahaha
coz nobody is listening to him and papa is talking his own and sis was pissed off

OK, sis was pissed off coz she told me "NOBODY RAISE THEIR HANDS WHEN ORDERING FOOD IN AN ANG MO REST"
and i was like "duh! then how?" i mean i can go "one" when he asked... but then papa was like yakking away, he also dun care what tt guy is talking abt and the thing is I AM HAVING GASTRIC how can i wait??!??

ok, so i already told myself no screaming or shouting mah
so i diam diam let her say
but she was very angry lor
then next she is angry with the old folks coz they anyhow order (to her la. coz the waiter kept asking papa to order for himself coz he will ask mama later but he just simply no listen and kept ordering for both himself and mama)
then after the waiter left, sis then started to explain how to order from the menu....
to cut story short, its 6 choose 3 for appetitiers, and choose a main and then dessert
so papa went ya i choose 3 wat, then sis went but u need to choose from 2 , 2 , 2
and not 2 frm one option
and papa went dun understand and i was like DUH!
and so sis just continued with her nagging and grumbling
and then we all diam diam lor
let her goes on and on and on and on

then papa tried to change topic bah
and asked bil whats for entertainment tonight after dinner or any place for supper later
and he was OH according to the programme got this and this and u can go here here here for a meal later
then sis went "u hor, read also no read proper.. blah blah blah" and according to bil, he said sis pointed at him which he dun like
and tt started everything... i also dun know what happened but bil was mad... this was the 2nd time i saw him go bersak... the 1st time was when sis shouted at mama...then he gave her a good one.. and now this.. i presumed its not abt she pointed at him but rather she was rude to papa and mama

we just ate silently lor
then proceed to watch a MR ALANTICA show
which was so hilarious
and then we called it a nite (for niece and me la)
the rest i dun know.. but we all went back to our rooms together though

guess sis was so mad during dinner time( i presumed), tt she said she is skipping breakfast tomolo
so we just get ready at 915am to leave the ship to go to our 2nd port of calling....PENANG!!

COSTA ALANTICA - DAY 1

like i said no photos to show coz no more space le
so how?
so i tried to tell u what happened during the 4D3N cruise alantica!!

DAY 1

we left the house at 4pm
(sigh)
ya, the old folks very gan cheong esp papa......and mama too!!
coz she is afraid tt the train would be packed as its "knock off" hours for the working class
but she did not know tt the crowd would be from west to east and from east to west starting from the TWO central interchanges
and we are changing at one but gg to marina bay... so where is the crowd????

anyway, since i have applied for PM leave, i just be a follower
i told myself to just enjoy the trip and spend quality with family
=)
so no shouting no screaming no nothing (if i could help it)
haha
which i DID!!!
coz the one screaming and shouting is not me, its someone else
which would be in another story... kekeke

Ok, so we took the bus to change to mrt and then change train and then change bus
and then VIOLA!!!
we are there!!
5 plus.... and guess what!!
there was a Q le!!
LONG Q too!!
WTH!!
why everybody also so gan cheong meh?

anyway we just followed the Q and do the check in and registration
one hour later at ard 630pm we ARE ONBOARD!!
wahahaha
and sis and family just arrived and they were Q-ing like us one hour ago.....

i tell u
to me the cruise and the room was bigger than the previous cruise i went before many many donkey
and years ago
the toilet was BIG too... i remember last time, the toilet was quite small....

i was busy taking photos ard the room and at the balcony and then was scanning the available tv channels on board, resting on the big big bed when "DING DONG!!  the sis and family were here!!

niece is sharing the room with me!!!
then its her turn to take photos and exploring the room... and then sis said "DINNER TIME"

went to knock on parent's bedroom door, call them but nobody answered the call
so we called their mobile and hey presto!!
they were at the buffet area!!
WTH!!
so hungry hor...tt they left me behind
DUH!!

ok, so we proceeded to the buffet area to look for them
and took our dinner, half way thru, sis realised tt we can have dinner at the italian rest, so all six of us scooted off....
hahaha

but then we were so so full so end up, we ordered a bif of this and tt and shared the food!
but all of us ordered the desserts though!!
and sis was complaining tt the old folks came out for dinner before their arrival if not we would have dinner at the italian rest instead...

after the "two" dinners, we proceed to explore the cruise ship and then ended up watching some entertainment show but the little one just want to go back to the room and SLEEP!
sis said no, so she bo pian and had to stay on till end of the show before we each all go our separate ways

though we all went back to the rooms, dad went to the casino instead... kekeke
and both the little one and i went "KO" on the bed
and sis and bil went for supper at MN... lolz...

end of day one....  we were like reaching our 1st port of call.. MALACCA on day 2....

BACK FROM VACATION

i am back!!!

or rather we are back!!

it was a wonderful trip
BUT i think the old folks dun really enjoy themselves basically becoz of the food and activities bah....
the little one cannot wait to go home ON THE 1st NITE!!
wahahahaha

anyway, i enjoyed myself though...
who cares abt the rest...

but the cruise has rooms very MORE MORE MORE improvements!!
