today started out as a good day
I managed to get someone to release the meeting room to me for Monday's meeting

ate lunch till ard 1215pm and then someone came and same Big Boss (BB)'s sec looking for me

normally just eat, sleep, drink and drama
now, I got to rack my brain juice for what to cook

very limited choices
coz only steam, boil, grill or bake
the last two cooking method is out, coz dun have the eqpt to do tt
so only steam and boil

food choices also limited
fish, chicken and pork.. and not any meat.. coz need to be LEAN!!!!

no hot and spicy no this no that, BUT soya sauce, salt, ketchup OK
beri beri not easy to think what to cook and yet its nice to eat

I am sorry I raised my voice to my mama just now when she ate the lontong
I told her curry leh, cannot eat
she said its not spicy leh
I told her its not spicy or not, I also know not spicy but its curry
then she said I no drink
and I said does not matter coz the rice soak up the soup ah...and she not supposed to be taking coconut wat

sweet potato porridge!!! haha
finally found the potato in Giant... not many in one packet.. only 3 ... so in this pot.. I used 2 sweet potatoes

steamed the salmon and also the tofo.. I tell u.. this is an organic tofu.. dun know is it why after steaming there are holes in the tofu...lolz.u. mama said coz of the air.. well.. whatever.. but this tofu.. got help consumers differentiate tofu for steaming, tofu for soup and tofu for etc etc.... not bad hor...kekeke

wanton!!! hahaha... I mixed the chicken and pork minced meat together and bao wanton....lolz one packet can make about 28 wanton

 

 mine with tung hoon..... quail eggs, tofu and fishballs... and this tofu.. also the organic one.. but meant for making soup....kekeke...
