when they forwarded the doc over i got send to her and asked her how she wants me to do it
her instruction i remember clearly check from page 1 to last page
so to me is, check as per any doc given and forward the latest version if need be.

so i got sotong to print it out for me and i brought home over the weekend to go thru lor
found some sections not using the latest version, made a mental note to informed the consultants to use the latest version
this AM, i went into office and go find the latest version and send it the consultant

and i thought GOOD JOB DONE

"U ARE THE EXPERT? U THINK U KNOW BETTER THAN THE P PPL? HOW MANY TIMES I TOLD U THIS TENDER IS CALLED BY THE P TEAM? WHY U WANT TO SEND DIRECTLY? WHY DUN U SEND TO THE OFFICERS? WHY DIDNT U TELL ME OR DISCUSS WITH ME BEFORE U SEND OUT"

i told her i asked u whether to check only XXX or the whole doc and u said the whole doc
so to me, when i see got mistakes or errors i got to highlight right? and i know its to be call by P ppl. but since we vet then must tell them to use the latest one

and then another round of shooting
"U CAN HIGHLIGHT TO THE OFFICER BUT U DUN HAVE TO SEND OUT? WHY U SEND? I KNOW U WANT TO HELP BUT THIS TENDER IS SUPER DELAYED BY SENDING OUT THE DOC NOW, U WOULD BE SEEN AS THE ONE CAUSING THE DELAY. EVEN IF WANT TO SEND, DUN U THINK P PPL SHOULD BE THE ONE SENDING AND NOT U. U MIGHT NOT BE GIVING THEM THE LATEST VERSION AND END UP THE CONSULTANTS WILL SAY THE DOC IS GIVEN BY U AND U WASTED THEIR TIME"

soon after, she called me
"did the P ppl has a set of the doc? when was it send over to them? did any one of them commented on the doc? why the meeting arranged and we never attend?? do u know we have 2 weeks to vet the doc and its like only 1 week only.. blah blah blah"

before she went for her holiday i got them to clear
nothing is done
then she went on holiday and 1 week later nothing is done
then i went holiday and another week gone
then one month.. and then i tried to race against time and get it out.. and then ppl just happily delay and drag
coz got "more urgent"things....
despite me amending the schedule and tried to amend asap whenever they gave the comments
and its NOT ME CAUSING the fucking delay
and then just happily keep dumping shit to me...

and now to me, its way way way way long overdue
then forget it
i just do the current REAL urgent stuff
this XXX, well, can wait lor...
for all i care.......... esp if u continue to throw shit to me

u can always pass it to someone else.....whether the new work or this one
