TIO TEKAN??

i forgot to extend the closing date and the tender closed yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i informed everybody but forgot to "inform" the system itself

some kind soul wrote in and query "why huh?"
and i was put to task to find out 'why huh?"
and i realised my blunder....

so quickly asked the cpso to help
called up and the advise given was "upload again lor"
then happily told her to upload for me AGAIN!!
she was busy, i can understand so got the other staff to do it for me

and here goes:-
"think u must put up paper leh and inform boss?"
"why must put up or inform? just upload lor?"
"it involved cost"
"we dun pay a LS meh?"
"no, its one tender one price"
"but i dun see the need to put up paper. but maybe like u said must inform boss lah"
"is ok if u dun want to put up paper. i also dun see the need. if u want, i just upload for u lor"
"ok. in tt case, then u wait ok. i go check. but meantime i forward u the files first"

then off i went to check it out with buddy
buddy said "just upload. no need papers"
so happily i went to tell her to help assist to upload
and she was like "duh"

then i felt lousy......lousy tt i overlooked it
lousy tt i relied too much on my cpso and thought tt they know what to do and will tell me or just hint to me, but apparently, i guess, its not all for one but rather one for one lor.....
*shake head*

end of the day, boss came back
i told buddy tt i want to inform boss since tt coll said so
buddy said "so what if u tell him? the only solution is to re upload. what else can u do?"
"but P said must put up the request form coz it involved additional cost"
buddy went "of course got cost, but no need to put up the form. u got asked him back, tt time he also re publish his tender, did he tell boss? did he put up form?
then i said "i did not ask him lah coz i dun know but i dun want later tio shoot, since she and boss ma chiam very good"
then buddy said "its ok. dun think u need to tell boss"
"but i think its better to inform, i really dun want to kana shoot"
then buddy said "SY, she is out to tekan u"
