MY FAULT? YOUR FAULT? HIS FAULT?

sigh
ok though today is friday, should be a happy happy day
but after lunch, my happy mood was abit affected

here goes my story:-
A: B u go search thru the room and look for the doc. leave no stone unturn
B: huh? u mean detailed check
A: yes. understand?
B: ok
B: C lets go.
C: ok
search search search
C: hey there no need to check. its D's.
B: why not? i am allowe to check everywhere i want lor. so i check. u cannot stop me
C: ok
B: hey!!! see!!! what is this!!!!
C: wa say!!! why have huh?
B: how i know? i dun know, u go update A. not my problem. i just search
C: ok ok. but why like this? i checked le leh.
B: i dun know. better check thoroughly now
C: ok ok u checked.
B: hey!! see, what is this? another one
C: wa! how can!! wait. i call E in
E: what? dun have la. never put here
C: sure or not?
E: sure
B: then what is this?
E: opps!!
C: quick. take away keep it in cupboard
E: ok ok
then D came into the room
C: hey! found this in ur shelf
D: wa lao!! why u all anyhow put things in my shelf
B: dun know. i never put
C: how?
D: i dun know lor. why got huh?
then blah blah blah
and then B and C continued to search while D blah blah blah
then D left the room while B and C continued with the search

few mins later
B & C: ok la. i think thorough enough. let's go
B: u go update A huh. i dun know.
C: ok ok

walked past D's cubicle, and D was rumbling away to F & G
D: dun know la. everything just put on my shelf. then how i know? blah blah blah
totally ignored and B went back to seat

few mins later, the whole world seeemd to know abt the incident
came by to D's place and yak yak yak
finally D could not take it and broke down in tears
sigh

and before tt a crazy monkey went " hey!! next time i cannot find my things, B u come and look for me ok. u r good leh. "missing" doc also can let u find back"
wa lao!!
swee lor.....in front of D some more

ok.........
whose fault?
B? C? D? F? G? or the whole world who came to yak yak yak? or a crazy monkey?

personal view
if D could have waited for B&C to update A on findings and not broadcast to F&G
doubt the whole world will know and things will not get out of hand.......
so how to salvage the situation i dun know
but one thing i know, D and B double confirmed enemy le!!
