WHERE IS THE CONNECTION?

this internet connection is driving me nuts!!
since 11 plus till now....i cannot get connected
sama sama like last evening.......dun know why?

called up the service help desk
waited like 8 mins before someone came to the phone to assist
then told me becoz helpdesk now very busy, to leave down my contacts and someone will call me back in 24 hrs time to help me solve my problem!!!

24hrs!!!
wth!!
frankly i can understand tt they have high traffic volume,
tons and tons of ppl calling to seek for help

but hor, lets say its a matter of life and death
then how?????
24hrs!!!!!

but ok la
side track le..tts not the issue........but 24 hrs i think is a no no no
maybe the green co ought to re think this 24hrs get back policy to customer.........

and miracle does happen hor
the moment i hang up the phone.........can connect le
