then dun come and tell me abt it

sis was the one who told me to get a flat on my own
"as an investment"
and i have doubts...did not really put the idea into action, coz i was thinking" what if i need to buy one with my hubby to be in future?"
then when i think think think and was like "wat the heck!!??!  buy le then say also dun know when will get marry and who knows hubby to be have a condo??"  *beam beam*
and since the numerology session, the master told me "to make ur money work hard for u", i decided to JUST DO IT

anyway when i put everything into action and gg to sign on the dotted lines soon
sis then asked me "what u gg to do with the unit?"
and i said "rent out lor"
then she said "u staying there or not"
and i went "ya of course"
and then she asked me "u staying there then the 2 old folks how?"
*THUNDER STRIKES"

then when u asked me to buy a flat why u not think abt it
then i explained tt i will need to stay there coz not 5 yrs i cannot rent whole house out
then she went "ai ya! just close a door"
and i told her "why take the risk? what if HDB come down and check? confiscate my flat and tts it ok"
and she went "ai yo! just tell them the whole house got ur finger prints lor. u just need to leave ur finger prints all over the house"
i was like "DUH"

frankly, now then come and asked me all these questions
to me is REDUNDANT!!
seriously, gg to sign le then asked me what is gg to happen to the 2 old folks.........

AND i am not gg to abandon anybody ok!!!!!

i am just buying an unit as an investment
but i have no choice but to stay in there
whats wrong?
anyway i gave her a pc of my mind la
i told her "dun asked me such questions at this pt of time!! why didn't u think abt it first before asking me to buy an unit? now then come and ask me this? wat u want me to do? u want to shift back?"

seriously, both of us have responsibilities of our parents
who dun right?
but it does not mean tt buying an unit, i will abandon them
then what abt ppl who gets marry? married off also staying away from parents, does tt means abandoning their parents? and nobody is gg to take care of the old folks?
then what abt gg overseas to work? does it mean abandoning their parents too?
then does it mean tt sis also abandon us when she left for shanghai tt time?
or no, she is not abandoining coz i was still ard to take care of the old folks and her daughter?  then this is a very unfair thing to do to the person who "stayed on" right?
coz ppl will think that the 1st to go is ok la, go and explore, then when the last one leaves, they will say "wang en fu yi", then now who is gg to take care of the old folks?

and the most utlimate one is she asked me "u ok to stay with strangers? imagine ppl u dun know walking ard in ur house? u ok with them?"
and i was like *rolled eyes* 
i seriously dun want to answer such a silly question lor
dun like also no choice wat....5yrs not up cannot rent whole house, then what can i do?
and then she continued "what if u cannot rent it out? then what u gg to do?'

unless her original intention was for me to buy an unit, then wait for the best price few yrs later and sell it!!
then sorry to say, i think she cukoo lor
coz leave the house there empty abit silly rite

and then next cukoo question is "ur new place also inconvenient. not near mrt. how to go to work"
seriously, if inconvenient would i buy?  even if it is inconveient, also need to go to work rite?
this is definitely not a valid reason not to not go to work

and the jing dian one is "so when my daughter comes stay over in future, where is she gg to stay? here or at ur place?"

i was very pissed off when she posted these questions to me
its like she just suka suka think of an idea and then throw to me
but no think of the consequences
of course i know final decision is mine la
and i should have also thought of everything and not rely on her

my thinking is very simple lor
its AN INVESTMENT
but no choice i got to stay there
then what can i do?
and even if parents come over and stay with me and rent out this flat instead
the money from the rent MUST come to me to finance the new flat
if not, sad to say, i think, i cannot afford to let them stay with me in the new flat...coz i need to pay for the bills and also the loans......and at the same time for me to earn extra cash in due course.....

so hor
if u have an idea in future, but its for someone to work it out
PLEASE, do thk thru it thoroughly, before telling ppl ur idea and "forcing"  them to go thru it
then dun later pose them "funny" questions when the idea is gg to be put into place
if not, u can give suggestions, then state the good and bad points, then tell the person, "up to u"
just throw an idea and then question the person of the intent later, i think its a no no
