DUN BE BIASED

today I read an article how to handle ppl u dun like

after I read the article its like "enlightenment"

simple qn to ask urself
if the same thing is done by someone else or said by someone else will the reaction from me be the same?
and the answer is NO
hahaha
so hor, the 1st thing I need to do is to "STOP BEING BIASED"

dun try to change the person, but change ur own attitude

the person who always challenge u may open another "world" to u. dun see it negatively.  they might have some pointers or some wonderful ideas... and when they challenge u, they may be helping u

dun bother abt how the person talks but dig into more in depth and look at the contents he is trying to bring across

u might not like the person but the person may be able to contribute to the team


so hor... I am gg to try again
I am very sure I am just being biased....
