its the most drag ful time for me
coz need to write write write

not tt I dun know what I have done thru out the fy
but no matter how or what I wrote
sure have comments and amendment
and never ending revision

I took one week to draft the 1st original version
tio rejected
I amended
tio rejected
I revised
tio rejected
she came and told me what she wants me to write
"why u doing this task? what problem u forsee when u do this task? how u solve the problem?"
so I amended lor... and guess wat
still tio rejected by BOSS
finally BOSS said go back used the weekend think thoroughly and write

I mean seriously, does she know what SHE is looking for?

anyway I did just tt lor
and I penned down my thoughts which I had formulated in my mind from fri evening to sun afternoon

I uploaded into the system this AM
and hey presto!!!
was rejected again ard 3 plus
WTF

seriously does she know what SHE wants?
I keep amending and then its not what SHE wants
then she would said "I told u le right?  u supposed to write this this this"

DUH

anyway I really made an effort over the weekend to RE WRITE from scratch okie
not like the first few amendment where I just move A to B and B to D and C to Z
this time I really start my self appraisal from scratch
and was rejected

best thing was she told me tt the stuff I did for one assignment is incorrect
where is the approval paper? who approved it?
why not mentioned in my write up
I told her, I wrote it according to what she told me mah.... "why am I doing this task? what I did? how I did?"
then she told me "but I dun see its the correct way"
*fume*
"BUT this is already done? where is wrong? I just stating the facts"
"I dun see the rationale and why r u doing it?" she went
and I went "but u dun expect me to say I did this, then the other side said no need, then I questioned again, then legal was consulted and then so and so was also consulted then end up conclusion is just do it this way and we all just follow lor"
and she looked at me , eyes big big
told me legal is legal nothing to do with this??
HUH??  I mean if legal is consulted and legal said OKIE, then whats the wrong???

seriously tt was what happened?
so how? to pen tt down? I mean... seriously duh

and frankly, why are we all doing task given to us?
coz we are paid to do lor and what can we say "mai do? I dun see the purpose in doing this thing. u want u go do?
frankly lor, in my own humble opinion, who will go say such thing. work given just do lor
and who can forsee what problem when u r given a task?? if I can forsee.. I strike 4D every weekends and wed lor


anyway so here I am sitting in front of my lappy
trying to revamp my appraisal again
