WHERE IS THE ETHICS??

I simply cannot understand
he already accepted a job offer with A but was pending the approval of the work permit to go OS
but when B called him up for an interview and subsequently offered him a job, he accepted it too!!!

three months le, A haven gotten the work permit for him... and he already into his new job with B
and then C called and arranged an interview for him... and he is also gg

and I asked him.... if u already accepted A... but since so long no new, I can understand why u took up the offer with B.. so if A calls, u will leave ..... but now tt u gg for an interview with C and if C said OK... then u gg to quit from B and go to C and eventually when A called u.... u will also say bye bye to C???
