OUCH

 i hit myself accidentially onto the bus handle while trying to make my way to the exit as the guy sitting beside me dun know fucking doing what and did not even move his butt to allow me to alight... so i also "accidentally" step on his shoe and then jump down from the tiered seat and then hit myself onto the handle of the opp seat

i did not rub the bruise, thought will go away.. but then i think it took a very long time.. and so decided to rub it

and it looked so much better the next day and now it finally lighten and can wear shorts le!!!

so lesson learnt
shoe must still step if ppl dun want to move to faciliate your alighting
and when kana the bruise.... rub it!!
