first and forthmost i want to say
this is solely my own humble opinion
i may not be right, but i cannot accept

u recruit someone in
if this someone cannot contribute or help in anything then PLEASE, i really dun see why i need this someone

first day came in said dun understand chinese

i tested and proven he lied
i am sure he knew some basic ones but maybe too chim he cannot
but he went to tell goldfish tt coz i spoke to him in mandarin, he cannot find where our meeting venue is
"QIAN MIAN" so simple he cannot
well so be it
not speaking to him

then the way he does his work
i want to clap hand
told to do a presentation, got sotong to do the slides for him
tasked to do tabulation, he got aba to do for him
assigned to do together with the two on some revision to templates, he just got sotong to print it out for him.. and he claimed 100 over pages need time to read, but end up, i think only the other two read it as he diam diam during the meeting when goldfish "lectured" why the three of them did not meet up and discussed

the other two were sharing on their findings and all he can do is nod his head

so to me, if u think u can open mouth and tts ur style of working, then sorry lor
i dun think i can work with such ppl
pissed me off further and i will just pray hard tt i get another job
and u can open ur mouth all u want like a goldfish and see how the work is being carried out

i already need to entertain one such goldfish, not gg to entertain another one
i am not a clown or an entertainer
i dun owe any one of u a living

then he asked a qn " is XXX required during the DLP?"
my reply "NO"
and soon he went to tell goldfish tt i did not answer his qn
i asked him which part i did not answer
he said i did not answe
so i asked which part and he just kept repeating i did not
DUHZ!!

want to prove what in front of goldfish

i have never doubt ur capability being better than mine
but please dun scoop to such low level to gain the upper hand

so anyway then goldfish went "u see, the doc stated here XXX is required for works during the DLP so i think tts what he wants to ask u"
and he went "yayaya tts what i meant"

then he was tasked to go thru my estimates
fine with me
but his qns i think i dun wished to entertain and moreover i was busy rushing 101 more urgent stuff than his silly qns

seriously he always flip flip flip his word
so now whenever he tries to talk to me
either i gave him a "i am very busy" (which i always am) or a very "do not come disturb me" look
anyway i do try to entertain him once in a while la

and then another most recent incident
he spend 1/2 hr saying i used the wrong %
i told him and explained my assumption
and he just kept saying i am wrong
so i explained again, and he said wrong
and then i finally decided another way and i went "sorry har, but where wrong"
and he just said wrong
and tell his grandma stories
so finally goldfish asked him "if u said she is wrong, then can u please tell us what is the correct % to use"
*three crows flew passed*  room silence
and i just stared into my monitor
and finally he broke the silence 'sorry i dun have the data now"

dun come and say ppl wrong when u dun have any data to support lor
i may be wrong, this i admit, but u want me to correct it, u have to tell me where wrong and how to amend

and then i took the oppt just the three of us
and i said " infront of boss and u, lets be open about it"
and i blah blah blah
saying tt he came over and ask me things, but i was really rushing work for her and hence i cannot answer so i am sorry
he replied "OH!!  I KNOW I KNOW"  like very understanding like tt
and i continued "is it? coz i saw u black face and turned away when i told u tt i am busy coz rushing this for her"
and he diam diam
then goldfish was stunned
and the saga starts
to me, if goldfish thinks i am wrong to treat him like this, then tell me
next time i put down EVERYTHING when he comes asking questions
if goldfish thinks i am right then she better say something about it

anyway he continued " since u started it, i also got something to say"
and he went "goldfish i want to tell u, abs is a very helpful coll i find. whenever i asked him qn, he will answer and even come over to my place to explain to me not like somebody who always tell me "sorry i am busy"
WA!! ho say liao!!
this time he really step on my tail if golfish dun say anything

and i pretended to be very hurt and bang my head on the wall and exclaimed, i also want to help u but i am busy u got to understand
and he still went on and on about how abs helped him la and this and tt
and soon after goldfish gave him a lecture on why the rest of us not as "helpful" as abs even though we want to be
and he went "i understand i know"
PI LA!! if u know u understand u would not have made tt statement lor
dun come and waste my time

anyway i got to say he is someone who in front of boss everything boss right
but behind he can tell me this wrong tt wrong should not like tt do or like this do
anyway i dun really care what he wants to do

like i said just dun come and bother me
and also if u cannot contribute or help out then i seriously dun need u

why would i need another person to hinder my work or add more work to me???
and hello u get more pay than me, ,so rightfully u suppose to do more

and today best
during meeting
abs was explaining something
and snake got it wrong
and he immediately said he understand when abs asked him whether he understands bo
so when abs was explaining, he suddenly said "i summarised la. u r saying this this this and tt tt tt"
and i just frown "no leh, tts not what he meant"
and then goldfish also said tts not what abs was trying to explain
and then finally abs continued with his explaination
i really dun know whether the two got it or not
but all i want to say is DUN KNOW DUN ACT KNOW

sigh

i dun know how long i can tahan staying here
one goldfish is enough to "kill" me
another same pattern??!!!??
i think more than i can handle

of course, currently once in awhile i will feedback to goldfish la
if she dun get the hint then too bad
coz i wont be staying long and staying on if this continues

i start work at 8 ends at 530 (By right)
end up no 6 no 630 no 7 , i dun get to go home
but i still goes in at 8 the next day
lunch hour 1 hour but always tio shortern.... today i only had 15 mins
like i said i am fine with cheonging the work but please dun take me for granted
why must i always be the last one to have meeting
meeting at 4 430 or even 5 when u jolly well know i knock off at 530
i know urgent, but EVERYDAY?? come on
