both hor giving me the headache
u can imagine the feeling of being sandwiched

coz this presentation is really taking ages
and I also sick and tired being sandwiched

and to make matter worst the tnp is damn bloody sore now
told me again to do the presentation myself
I just ignored her tt particular comment which is like a broken record kept playing on and on and on and on
she just find it unbelievable tt I got the P and not her
tnp claimed tt she does more work than me why I deserved the P

more work does not = more $$$ or a P
seriously, then I think she better go see a doc and wake up her fucking idea

so back the presentation
supposed to be in jan, then she said I was the one who committed the jan not her
so she said asked to give the date....feb and mar passed and nothing
and then she pushed it back to me...
okie, never mind, I just go thru the motion lor
I do the work if u claimed tt u r busy
cannot find big room to accommodate all of us.....
I called and texted ppl to see can release the room to me
I checked all the bosses schedule to find a common date

i think I totally pissed her off today
coz she did not talk to me the WHOLE day
usually over lunch will be okie, but this time
like super enemy
even if she sees me she also mai look at me

the only thing I did wrong, I felt is I did not give her face

anyway we did an estimate
big boss asked did we 'scrubbed" to the bare min?
I saw his message last evening before I go home
and this AM, i saw her email in which she asked to discuss

but we have gone thru the estimate and what can be "scrubbed" leh
so I took initiative and went to see big boss lor
explained to him why we already tried our best
so the only way in my humble opinion is to look at the floor area or the specs
which in my opinion cannot be decided at her or my level but at big boss level
so to go see him, get the directions then we can proceed which would be much easier right?

I usually has disclaimer like "okie, I will check with boss"
and with big boss direction, I went back and goldfish came in and said lets discuss
so I said okie and told her "oh, I actually had a discussion with big boss"

and BANG!!!

only she talks I no talk

she said why did I go see him when she already told me to discuss at 830am
I told her I just went to explain to him why cannot do much except to change the spec or area
and its for him to decide not for us
and most impt is to move the work
she replied me then u go do whatever u discussed with him
dun require her, since he is her boss and he already said how to do it then why need her as she cannot overwrite him

so I explained he said to do this and tt
but I told him will discussed with her before we do anything
so I still need her to decide
but she insisted tt no need I can do it myself and since he already told me what to do I just go do it

and then I got a bit piss off but I still control myself
I was like WTF?? whats the problem?
isn't it better now tt we have direction and its much easier for us to think about how to do it
but she just rattled on and on tt dun need her

so when she walked away, I just go back to my seat
I almost wanted to go see big boss again and tell him "u see!! what is this? u said staff should voice out, take initiatives, and now when I just follow instruction this is what happened. SO when u asked why cannot voice out?  whats ur problem??  this lor.. this is the problem"

then she just kept saying see mdm's email see mdm's email
then for whatever reason, kan cheong mah, so mdm cannot find the email she send out the other day
so I told them the email is dated 4 mar at 502pm
then I heard goldfish quietly told mdm "look for 4 mar"
and then MC said okie found it
then she said not this, another one
and then I found something in my inbox so I turned and wanted to signal her to come and see
but she still insisted tt not to see me
FINE!!
I just continue to do my work then

so tt time was like 3 plus le
then she went meeting
then I went home 530pm
dun care le
hahaha

anyway I still think its best for her to wake up her idea la
like I always say, I dun need her, its she needs me more
so we just making use of each other
need her to keep my job
