Day 7 - SHIBUYA

i refused to wake up this morning

coz my feet still aches

then dear said we can stay indoor WHOLE day if i want to rest

and i said "ok lor. i wake up lor"

slowly made my way to the bathroom and wash up

and then ready to go

when we reached shibuya, we went in search of this dog statue...

any idea who it is?

it is the hachiko dog......(hope i spelt it correctly)

the dog who waited for his owner every day without failed at the station even after his owner mati......so sweet hor....

anyway, the jin dian comes le

on my camera, it showed tt dear was "cut" away...and he became tl again and said "u always anyhow take photos de. how to show ppl? always cut here cut there. i tell u lor, this is the final and last time i am gg to ask u to take photos for me. never again"

pui lor........he just dun listen to what i said

i told him "camera showed cut, but when print out, its not cut lor"

but he dun believe me

really!! what can i do rite?

i almost wanted to scream at him "go find a photographer as ur gf then"

but i got to "ren"......seriously....i was sick le. my mood also not good lor....

and so i just diam diam......

and then next moment he said "i follower, u bring me walk"

and i told him "i want to go here." pointed on the map, and he told me "i dun know either u bring me or we dun go"

and so i bring him walk one circle...........lolz

and then went back to the start pt and told him "can u pls bring us here?"

and his reply is "no. either u find the way urself or we dun go."

so i asked him "then we do what?"

"go back hotel and sleep"

"ok"...fine..........want to be tl i also can be tl lor

sleep then sleep

anyway, both also wasted a day like tt....nothing to lose

for i am not the one who wanted to go tokyo........he just want to squeeze in tokyo "since we already in japan"

FINE!!

so off we travel all the way back to hotel

and slept till dinner time

he asked me whether i want to have dinner and i said no

then he said he will go out for dinner himself since i dun want to go and i said "ok"

and then he volunteered to ta bao food for me

"wat u want to eat?"

"what r u having?"

dun want to tell me, fine

"i want to eat bento"

"i dun know where have"

"we got walked past on our 1st day"

"i dun remember le"

"just buy what u can find. as long as its rice"

seriously, i dun feel like eating anything

my throat pains like hell lor

i find it difficult and painful and very torturing to swallow food

but i dun mind coke.........lolz

so anyway, day 7 was wasted like tt

just becoz someone tl abt the photo, which i just uploaded and dun see he is cut where lor

will show him the photo.....

dun understand why must throw temper......just take and take and re take lor

afterall its digital camera....not wasting any film

just time ....lol

and seriously, do u need to flare up???!!!?

and tt reminds me the exact thing which happened few yrs back when i went to paris with someone else

i lost the camera cover, and boomz, the temper shot up to over 100, dragged me all the way back to the hotel and sleep.........and it was christmas day..........or was it the eve? hmmmm..........i mean, its just a camera casing.......what the big deal???

i cried myself to sleep..........this time too..........what have i done wrong........really.......i dun understand.....

one thing i know for sure, i told myself "i will never allow history to repeat itself"

DAY 6 - UENO

seriously, today started off terribly.....we changed the iternary AGAIN!! (suppose to go disney)..but decided we shall go look see look see ard instead

woke up and wanted to go Tsukiji Market (which was originally scheduled to be on our last day), when we arrived at the station, realised tt its closed on 27th.......wtf!! and kana again lor...."why u always want to change iternary....planned le then we just follow mah....go disney isn't it better?"
and u know, i was sick...and i no mood to tolerate nonsense..."why is it always my fault? u also got make the decision last evening. ok then its all my fault ok."
and then he tl and said "ok now go where?" and i also tl "i dun want to go tokyo bay le lah!" and i just pointed on the map, "here. i want to come here!"

and then both took the train diam diam......and arrived at Ueno....here, dear refused to lead, he told me "i am the follower, u bring me ard. i just diam diam follow. wrong i also won't make noise. coz i follower" wtf right? as if i have complained all these while..........

so i just anyhow walk lor...both can play the game.......fair game and.....its like the blind leading the blind and we ended up at the UENO PARK.....national park or something like tt.......got shrines, museums, zoo, parks, etc, all in a big landed property..........

"cherry blossoms!! take for me!" and i was asked to lie down on the floor and take this pic...the end result not bad huh........

"we did not go to the zoo at hokkaido, so let u come to this zoo" ......600 yen..... which is like $10 per person......the panda, ling ling, passed away.......so no panda to see..........awww....so sad =((

we left ueno and proceed to Sensoji Temple......dun see like nobody lor...the moment u passed thru the gate, wa kao!!! crowded like hell leh.........

next we made our way to Ryogoku to visit the "Edo-Tokyo Museum" but dear wanted to visit the fireworks museum instead. but when we finally reached, it was 4pm and they just closed.......so sad =((

so we continued to walk on to another place for the wholesale market street........think dear read the map wrongly and we walked passed the place and reached another station which was actually near Akihabara, where all the latest electronics and technologies are located at.....but dear said he wanted to visit the wholesales market first....so we u turn back.......seriously, nothing worthwhile........keke

think if its not me, dear could have loved to venture on........but becoz my feet were killing me, so no choice we made our way back to the hotel........and its was only 6 plus.....

we went to a rest nearby our hotel for some seafood coz someone got craving .......but ended up not much seafood available.....

"dear, can u pls give me a damn tl look" " ok" ....."click"

this is wat i have to see when he got tl........and the silent treatment too......

beef.....yum yum.....juicy and tender.....i loved it!!

the clam soup is so sweet.......dear said we can cook ourselves too!!

fried rice........but salty salty de....dun know what they added but definitely not salted fish

squid.........i tried 1 pc.......really very different de....not like those i tried in sing.......it just melt in ur mouth............lolz

we bought some donuts back...coz dear said "i think u not full. later sure hungry de" and he actually wanted to eat kebab...but the uncle no come in his mini van.........so no kebab for him.......only mister donut........

i tell u, my feet were so aching tt i went back and soaked them in the hot water

and ended up in the middle of the night, when i go to pee....i was walking like liang po po......dragging my 2 aching feet.......omg....how to continue tomolo.......

Day 5 - TOKYO

BYE BYE hokkaido......hello tokyo.....checked out of the hotel and make our way back to new chitose airport....still had some time to spare so we took the free shuttle bus from airport to the factory outlet......we saw a bus at bus stop no. 3 and rushed up....later then did we realised how come it did not stop at the rera shopping....*panic*

dear went to check with the bus driver and was told tt we boarded the wrong bus........kua kua kua....as the bus driver has no small notes, and nobody on the bus wants to change to smaller notes with us, there was this kind lady who gave us 2 210 tickets for the bus ........arigato.....may god bless u ...... =))

at the outlet...many branded stuff....some i dun even hear before.......keke
wanted to get Gap jeans.....40% off....worked out to be abt 60.....but no my size......so sad..........awwwwwwww.......

Hotel Parklane Nishikasai....smaller than the one in hokkaido....no breakfast and no dinner too =((but its ok...we are surrounded by eateries.....

when we arrived in haneda airport and make our way to find out hotel......it was already closed to evening time and the sky is dark and i tell u, the metro/subway....more complicated than in hokkaido......but then again, dear managed to bring us ard..... =))

see, this is the sick me.........=(( dun look too good yet still pretend to look ok

vending machine style........this ramen shop is near our train station.........450 yen......for my one pc tempura prawn noodle.....*slurp*

DAY 4 - OTARU

breakfast was at Nijo Market .....this little store inside the market......

dear ordered the salmon with roe.....he thought it was urchurn but turned out to be salmon.......keke....the result of pretending to read the jap menu instead of the ang mo one......

i ate half way then realised i forgot to take pic.....lolz...of course mine will be the crab and the roe.......

each ordered a scallop........not very nice......and exp too.....we did a survey and realised this shop sells exp

hahaha.........dear's has no flag on top of his bldg....no wonder he is mad with me.....i did not realised it until NOW.....hahaha...sorry dear.......if i am so professional, i would have been a full time photographer le...so u just have to bear with it.......... *wink*

and i said "ok"

and when i saw the rest, i told him "hey MUST eat this. ur coll said so."
and he insisted his coll did not tell him and we ding dong ding dong until i said

"u know what i hate abt u? its u always forget what u told me. and insist tt u did not tell me....really makes me arrrggghhhhhh"

and he went "really never tell u wat. u want to eat say so lor"

and i was like "ok i want to eat this"

and he said "ok"

and then he kept insisting tt his coll did not asked him to come eat this.

back in the hotel, while discarding the programme/map for the day, he came across the paper and said "hey! ya hor, my coll said must eat at le tao"and i was like "told u rite?"

we found our way to otaru canal...........

both agreed tt the french fries taste the best........my chawamushi was so so nia...but i tell u lor, the shop was so damn crowded ok.....ppl willing to wait up to 1 hr just to get a seat

just too bad we dun know jap.....

decided to go back hotel and eat their foc curry rice.......haha

DAY 3 - HAKODATE

this was actually one of those terrible day.....my programme was to go zoo but he told me tt his coll told him "hokodate is nice. must go" so i squeezed into my iternary and allowed him to make a choice.... "zoo or hakodate? it will be a full day there for either location u have chose." "hakodate lah. go zoo for what? so smelly." ok.....decision made.......

AM we woke up, rushed to the train station and made purchase for the tickets

but the moment we went to get the tickets and was told its XXX yen........he totally freaked out and lashed out on me......."why u go change the iternary? we should have stick to what u have planned? blah blah blah.....do u know now we have to travel to and fro for 6 hours!!!! whole day gone......."

and i was like "DUMB"...totally struck dumb...wtf.....and so i told him nicely "u said ur coll said must come mah. so i had a choice for u. either place u choose also gg to spend one day there de. so no difference rite?"

and he continued to blah blah blah and i just shut up....mood all gone......

and then i can no longer take it anymore and i went "so u go back and f*** that coll of urs ok....since she recommended "must come"

and he replied in a softer tone "only said nice place never say must come mah"

i almost want to freak out lor.....ya, my turn to freak out.....

today tell me one thing, tomolo another thing, and when u explained tt he did tell u this, he insisted he did not and i kana for nothing ........damn sickening......

anyway, give and take....decision made...so might as well enjoyed the trip...... =))

the morning market.......when we arrived already 12 noon le....nothing much to see

we walked ard hakodate....many old red brick buildings converted to shopping.....and then he said "why u never bring the hakodate map?" and i was like "i did not see it last night, did u bring?" "of course i did. if not i printed it out for what? u huh....little bit of thing also cannot do properly...blah blah blah"

*rolled eyes* i really did not see the map lor..if have, u think i won't bring meh. anyway not gg to let his mood upset my mood.........mental check...go back hotel must see whether he got bring the map or not...if not F*** him up....kekeke

told him to give me a "sian" look............"click"....

lunch we had out 1st ramen.............

dear wanted to climb up the slope behind.....but but but.....i think i cannot make it le.....firstly my mood gone....coz he was at it again.....abt the trip tic, abt the journey, abt why i go change the iternary..........sigh........damn naggy young man....... secondly, it will take us 3 hrs journey back.....i dun want to reach bck at sapporo at 10 plus and missed my crab dinner.........

90mins EAT ALL U CAN - 3 TYPES OF CRABBY!!!

2 rounds and FULL FULL FULL......

look at the happy man again...... =)) but i totally out of the mood le....though it was one of my MUST EAT.....

damn satisfying.........

ps: went back hotel and found out tt he did indeed brought the map but hor, he kept it in his bag...so not my fault mah.....and then he said "why u did not ask me for it then?" kua kua kua....

despite all these naggings and squabbering, i still love my dear very very muchie.....muack muack..... =))
