WHERE IS THE NOTICE?

after endurance months of noise, dust, vibration and inconvenience
the lift upgrading is finally almost completed
*beam beam*

so now every "block" got their own lifts
and everybody is so happy

until one fine day, we found out someone not staying at our "block" is using our lift and worst he smoked inside!!!!!!
wth!!
want to smoke, smoke in ur own block lah

fine, we are not saying tt u cannot use other blocks lift but the problem is, now tt the lift stops at every level, u mean, when u leave ur house, u cannot wait for the lift at ur level meh? u must climb the stairs and then DELIBERATELY walk to the other "block" then take the lift?
so funny rite?

anyway, the other funny thing, last time, when we have the centralise lift lobby, the notice board is there for us to look at notices pin up by either the town council, rc, hdb or cc.
but now, once the upgrading is done, i noticed tt every individual block does not have a notice board
which means to say, if u want to read notice, pls walk to the centralise lift lobby to do so....

then i remember this joke when i was young
"if u notice this notice, u will notice tt this notice is not worth noticing"
so since only one notice board, does it mean "there is nothing worth noticing"

ok, u may say well, when u go take ur letters from the mail box, u can also read the notice lor
but hor, ppl like me dun open the mail box de....my parents do
so ppl like me dun get to read the notices lor
so become ignorant le....but becoz ppl dun see the need of having notice board at every new lift lobbies...
so there is nothing worth noticing afterall
