I finally DID it
I would not take it any more
she had been doing the filing day in and out since she joined us in ....but everytime when asked her to file something, she will asked "is it like this? file at which section? how would I know when is the request date? blah blah blah"

I kept repeating myself every time
and I just got tired of it
how can someone who had been doing the filing day in and out, kept asking the same old qn over and over again

and yesterday I just outburst at her .. reason was very simple... coz I was so damn busy... and she kept calling out to me and will go "sorry, just want to confirm with u, is it like this? so tt next time I know le, dun need to ask u"
BUT the bloody fucking thing, is next time, she would still asked and said the same thing again
I am fine if I am not busy... but the thing is, this filing is her duty... I dun really care how she file, as long as when BT flips the file.. she can find the document she wants coz every section is properly tagged

and since its her responsibility and her duty.. as long as she knows why she filed like this, how she file and can answer when ppl ask her can le lor

so anyway what happened was:-

she was asked to file again
then she started to throw her tantrum and temper on me
like so difficult to do the filing
1st qn she asked me " how do I find the date of the 1st request?"
I looked at her "look at the email lor"
and she replied "i read the emails, never said"
and she even passed me the file, I took over, *rolled my eyes* and went "u look at the date of the email"
and she went "oh ya hor"
and yes, I have been repeating this answer over and over again
last time, she would have asked " how do I know who the requestor is?"

and I would also have replied " u look at the email sender "
tsk tsk

how to work with blackies... not tt I want to say anything..... but really leh....

so anyway, back to my story
then I went thru the file to look for the date, and then realised tt something was amiss
so I asked her to check back the last request and she just kept telling me "IS ALL IN THE FILE"
okie.. fine...
then I went to search thru my emails.. and mind u, I was busy with BT okie,, but I came over to help her....
then I suddenly remember,this was not a request and it was just a continuation from the previous request
so I told her, "oh this one no request de. it was still the last request. just tt after discussion with the bosses, then we amend it further"
and u know what she replied???!!??!
she dare dare replied me"YA. I also think so. coz I look thru the emails. also cannot find anything"
u said my blood boils bo
dun know say dun know,.. I dun mind.. but dun act smart lor

so anyway solved one issue le, so I thought she would know what to do next.. tag the different sections mah
then she came to me, throw her tantrum and temper
"i cannot find. its not here. dun know where."
I took the file, flipped to the page she wanted and showed it to her...
and she went silence
and I raised my voice at her " I tell u what. u dun do filing la. u go do other things. u dun have the mood to do. its all inside and u tell me u cant find. u did not even bother to look thru and keep asking me.  don't do la. do on wed. u want me to kill u is it?"
and then she quickly replied jokingly " how come its here? I never see it just now.. blah blah blah"

anyway, yes, I know
I do felt bad after tt
but I was already rushing my own work which BT was asking for it, and u come to me seeking for answers coz U BLOODY HELL NEVER USE THE CORRECT ATTITUDE TO DO YOUR OWN FUCKING WORK its not my bloody problem

and early in the morning, she came in and every day without fail will asked me
" what time ur meeting end last evening? what time u go home?"
first few times, I can still reply
but EVERYTIME
WTF lor
so I showed her colours again
"why u always asked huh? u go ask BT la. since u want to know. or ask her to bring u to the meeting too. always ask"
and she was taken aback and replied "dun like tt la. I just concern for u"

COME ON LOR!!!
too much too over
its work.. got to work late means got to work late
but it must be worth the effort and time to work late.........
not like her, comes in late and go off either early or on the dot
what to do, I am not same species.. so I got to follow strictly....

the new staff coming in 15th sept

but I wont be surprise if its the same as them........
