RANTING

very long no rant about goldfish le
recently I realised tt I have been ranting a lot
dun know why
she like key siao again
and it is really the tmd

its like practically EVERYDAY rant and rant about her leh
I think its either my patience with her is running thin... or she really am too much la
but since I had already survived for 3 years plus.. I guess the above 2 reasons would be the many reasons for my recent unhappiness

and to make matter worst
mdm threw letter the day before
and even with the talk they had
she can tell mdm tt she is esp strict with the younger staff
OMFG
please wake up ur idea la
if tts the case, why so many unhappiness among the ppl under her regardless of age leh
siao one
I think she hor, got problem

anyway she really disappoint me this time, BIG TIME
ppl leaving the team one after another
making me so depressed and upset
first TM, then sotong, then tnp and now mdm
soon will be me lor
esp she is simply getting more and more difficult to please and I simply dun intend or rather I no mood to entertain her anymore


I wont list down all the incidents tt I am pissed off
coz I cannot remember all (heehee) and also cox I am still depressed and upset about mdm's throwing of the letter and I so wanted to cry and then I suddenly missed my mama
and then I cried again......sigh

take the most recent case
someone A came and asked me what is the basis of my estimate
very direct and simple and straightforward right?
so I answered lor
nothing wrong right??
and before tt I think A got asked tnp where she also replied the earlier queries posted to her

BUT next moment, goldfish send us both an email and asked "I saw the emails flying may I know wat is ur involvement?"
tnp did not reply
but I was like what is this? cannot even answer A for a straightforward qn?  need to go thru her?  then how to work leh if everything needs to go thru, I mean.. siao right
then go instruct all tt any queries need to go thru her and not directly to her staff
siao right??
okie, if u think I am wrong I should not have answer directly then let me know then I will be like the last incident, I avoid my big boss at all cost... not gg to talk to him or be seen talking to him, esp if she is ard

so what did I reply?
I told her the estimate was prepared by us. A just asked for the basis. and I clarified with her lor
involvement strictly speaking is ZERO!! just I am just clarifying
really tmd
small matter and she made it like a mountain leh

frankly many things I already send over to her
she is supposed to clear, but they r all sitting in her inbox
coz she forever what fucking reasons she want to give, its my fault for not reminding her, for chasing her or asking her

verbally tell, email informed, print out put on table.. what other methods can u think of? txt her??
well, all I have do did done
and then end up she and her fucking reasons lor.. and I am the one causing the delay

so she asked me to check with legal how to do something
email send on 1st mar, reminded on 1st apr, both emails she was in the loop
I even called up the dept and asked "hello? how huh? who gg to reply?"
I did all I can except to go over and physically ask
and she bloody fucking hell asked me for the outcome
HELLO
I dun care u too busy to read ur emails or too many meetings or what
tts ur job
and ur own fucking problem
u remind ur ownself
u not president, perm sec, CEO or director or whatever
perhaps they do have ppl to remind them but I am sure they know their own work
and who r u lor?
dun push the blame to others
I was so angry leh, tt when MC came and discussed with me, I told him " what can I do? go over and  bang the table and ask the legal WHY U DUN WANT ANSWER MY EMAIL???!!"
seriously leh
u r in the email loop, if I have done what I can do, and still no answer, then as a boss, shouldn't u be the next one in line to go ask for the outcome with the legal ppl?

we all also have 101 things to do
we also prioritise our work
and chasing emails definitely not my top priority...…..

then she asked us to do some research
I told her " nothing in the contract provisions SPECIFICALLY tackle the issue on XXX"
simple right? can understand la
then when DB presented his, she asked me "SY, u mean the new contract dun have these provisions which DB presented?"
and I said "have. I also have. what I said was there is no contract provision SPECIFICALLY for XXX mah."
and she said " means have la"
and I was like HUH? my ang mo cannot be understand meh???
she is just trying to be find fault right???

anyway there are other incidents
but I really cant be bother le
what can I do?
at my age really not easy to look for another job
but to be under her and be torture by her nonsense I think I rather be happy then to be upset and depressed and waste my time on such ppl

now tt mdm had throw her letter
I am just do disappointed and sad lor
why goldfish dun see tt she is the problem tt everybody under her wants to leave
and good lor
as recently she kept saying "close down the unit"
so demoralising right
I mean of course I heck care her and her nonsense la
but imagine others hear le what would ppl think

and a boss, I think suan le la
just close it down bah

and to end this ranting
I just want to say "ppl do, upstairs see. karma will come.  u just wait"
