this papa was with his son
"look. chairs wear shoes"
pointing to the socks meant for chairs
the son looked and went "chairs dun wear socks" and turned and walked away
then papa dry laugh and pointed at the socks again and went "these are socks for chairs"

Yesterday at expo
waking pass the toilet
this papa with the baby in his arm
I guessed mus be waiting for the mummy in the ladies bah
and he was laughing as in smiling like dun know what looking at the bb in his arm
looked so warmth...
ahhhhh

busy until max is not an excuse I told Y
A was with me when I answered the call and she said I did a good job in handling BOSS's queries
I told her I did not do anything except to admit "SORRY SORRY SORRY"
but she still thinks I did a good job

frankly, I went to see BOSS a few times or even talk on the phone with her
but dun know why, never once it occur or crosses my mind to update her abt this delayed

and when we all agreed to book the trip, I HO SAY LOR.. haha.... I went ahead and booked it

day before back was aching
so bad till I cant sleep well

bear with it and sleep

yesterday after work, cheong down for a body massage
took the accu points de instead of with aroma oil

I tell u
knead poke push pull massage... and within first 15 mins... back pain gone

really must thank her leh

though she said I can "ren" very well
I told her I very pain just dare not shout out nia
told me want to softer or not, I said okie.. but I need to bear with the bear too la
if not how the ache will go away rite

if need to, go buy a good chair (which is impossible coz chair is provided by office mah) or those back support equipment bah
and of course a good mattress and pillow also helps


had a fantastic sleep last nite
though no more ache
but this AM woke up in PAIN

and AM I went for zumba class
