Played I think 3 to 4 games
But I was not tt great so we did not score well
And dear was like “lets stop playing”
Still have money in the card which is NON REFUNDABLE
So we proceed to play other games
But there is no driving game which we saw in century tt night lor
So I not interested le

Dear was so sweet lor, he went to play the cubic game
Where the player need to stack up the cubic one after another
All the way to the top in order to win the BIG PRIZE
DS LITE!!!!
He played a few games but did not win anything
Though no win, but I am happy le lor
He is just so sweet
Then he said want to grab the soft toy thingy
Then I went dun want lah.
Really it’s a waste of money
Might as well use the money to go me the soft toy instead of grabbing
But hor, really, if he really managed to grab me a soft toy, I will *beam beam* thru out the nights and days and evenings and dawns lor……

For the past 3 days, dear really went all out to make me happy lor

CANNOT DECIDE

Dear wanted to get a hdp to replace his existing one
Then hor, sat we went but he said he need time to consider, so we no buy
Monday he decided tt he needs to get a new phone
Coz his current one is “ONE PHONE CALL” and then battery dead…….

So off we went, this time to tampines.
Told him tt we need to go to a bigger red shop so tt can have more varieties
Wa!! I like tampines lor…….red, orange and green!! 3 under one roof!!! Really!! Where to find…….cannot complain lor

We were looking at the dummy hdps and then playing ard with the touch screen monitor to look at other phone models.
Dear got to play with the iphone on display
And then he said “which one?”

And we left red and dear said “since no benefits let’s go to the other 2 and check out which one better”
Off to green we went and then he saw diamond and said “hm….diamond also not bad. Cheaper too”
And I went “diamond is not bad but hor, forum reviews said tt the programme will hang. Wait till the programme gets better then get this phone lah”
“its just a phone. So ok lah. My current phone also hang lor”
Then we went to orange and dear said no difference the prices here compared with red and green
So I guessed orange is out
Back to green and then he laid his eyes on a LG phone
And I went “hey! Want to buy, must buy touch phone mah”
And he went “its just a phone. Touch or no touch, its ok. This phone also not bad wat”

Anyway, ding dong for a while in green shop
Told a q number
Was told to wait for 1 and a half hour
And then off to red shop again
Decided to get LG instead
I went to Q for a number
And then 1 more customer before me, dear came to me and said “hm……think dun want the LG phone lah. Dun really like it. Maybe we buy on another day. Ok?”

We went to the lo kang and catch guppies for BLB on sat after lunchie
Then hor to our surprised, BLB ate the little fishes
Coz dear said BLB has not been eating for 1 week le
It seemed like it does not like to eat the prawn heads anymore
In my own humble opinion, imagine, u every day eat sashimi lor, EVERYDAY eat ok
Breakfast, lunch and dinner maybe even for supper
I tell u lor, u will be tired and feels yucky abt the sashimi
So tts how BLB felt bah

So by monday, the guppies like reduces in qty tremendously
So dear said “we need to go lo kang and catch more fishes for BLB”
“ok” u know me, very obliging

When dear went down to the lo kang, he told me “di there are cat fishes here leh. Can u see?”
“no leh, cannot see. But u be careful ok”
He was busying catching the guppies then also dun know why he went to the corner of the rock and pushes one net into the rock and the other net was on stand by mode
Suddenly something long and black jumped out and into the stand by net and hey presto!!
We caught a catfish!!!
Muahahahaha………dear was very delighted with his catch lor
He was so happy
Then I told him “hey dun need to go fishing leh lo kang also can fish lor”
Can see tt dear was very proud of himself lor
So I told him wait till his papa and mama see the catfish
They will be surprised
Dear said “mama will be very very surprised lor”
When we went home, he was still beaming lor, the moment we stepped into the house, he went to the room to show it to his papa who was still sleeping
His papa took a look and went “ya I know the lo kang has catfishes”
Then he came out of the room looking dejected. Can see the before and after look lor
Then I realized tts how he felt when I also treat him like this
And he went to the kitchen to show his mama
His mama very co operative de

And said quick showed to daddy
And he went with the sian sian tone “showed him le. He said he knows.”
Then he brought the pail into the room and decided tt BLB and the catfish shall share the same fish tank
But who knows within sec, BLB attacked catfish and so we need to separate them……
Dear *shake head* and said BLB very KL lor. Few days ago like want to die want to die like tt. Dun eat food and then bo energy. After he started eating the guppies, he has a bit of energy and started to attack ppl…….big bully!!
Remember what he did to kou zhong…….sigh……but kou zhong also naughty lah, bullied ling shao…….retribution bah…….

Anyway, now we have a new fish by the name of CHEW CHEW…….not becoz it chews lor, but becoz it has 8 chew chew (moustache)……hahaha…….dear still wanted to call it “xiao hei” coz its black in colour. *slap forehead* what a name!!!! no “chuang yi”

DARE U TO TAKE UP THE CHALLENGE

We went fishing on Sunday
Why?
Coz very long no fish liao and also we need to go seletar to buy the buffalo wings level 7 for dinner!!

Dear went with his coll and ate this buffalo wings at this place
After tt he tummy ache and couldn’t sleep, sit or tall
And then he finally LS
And then he told me “I almost cannot see u anymore”

Wa lao!!
So kua zhang rite?
He just had an over dosage of chilli lor
The tummy cannot take it lor
Tts why he kana like what I normally kana
The GASTRIC FLU lor
Whats so big deal rite?


So I told him “well, now u know why I cannot take too much chilli
And even if I want to eat, I make sure I kana BIG TIME over what I LOVE to eat and not what I OK to eat
Not worth the pain, the agony and the money to spend to see the doc lor!!!

Anyway, I tell u
6 pcs of level 7 buffalo wings on the dinner table on Sunday!!
His papa took 2 and mama took 1½ and his aunt took 1
His aunt is supposed to the be the BEST of the lot but only took 1!!!!!
Dear gave me a little pc to test test the level
And I tell u, one full bowl of rice with only 1 small pc of level 7 chicken meat from the wing, went into my tummy within sec
And drown 2 bowls of soup
Hahaha

I remembered my mama telling me tt to neutralize the hot and spiciness dun drink iced water or cold drinks. But instead, we should drink hot water or milk…….
Hot water too hot to go down my throat and no milk at home so I drank the hot soup instead
Hahaha
And the hotness and spiciness ard my lips and mouth is neutralized……….

Haha!! And the smart me thought of something lor

So I surfed and searched for the movie and then on the road of no return
Perhaps I knew the story line from both of them
So I knew wat to expect and so I was not tt afraid lor
But frankly speaking, in my own humble opinion, IT’S GOOD!!
Go watch it…….really
Then I thought “hey since, part 1 not tt bad. Maybe can skip part 2, 3 and 4 and go to 5”
And I tell u, mistake lor
Too gruesome, too bloody
I cannot take it!!!
Yucks!!
Really can pui!!!
Anyway, becoz it was “pirated” the sound also very muffled, so I also dun quite enjoy it. Coz cannot hear what they are talking abt
So can only concentrate on the actions and therefore too much blood liao…..cmi

There was this part where 5 to 6 ppl
They were chain to one another ard the neck
They have (I think 1 min) to run to the front and break the glass to take out a key and unlock the chain ard the neck
The person who cannot unlock on time will be crashed to death by the chain ard their neck lor
Then the “game” started
Wa kao!!
Its really for each his own lor
One run in front the rest of them will neck pain
Then he comes back all back to normal, then the next one will run to get the key and the rest will neck pain
Really fighting against time
And then times up!!
2 died!!!

And the surviors have to proceed on to the next level

Tts when I decided, I think I have enough.

Dear then being the smart one asked me
Why they cannot decide tt the strongest one will go and take the keys then hor, once they unlocked, they will proceed to take the keys for the others and then help one another to escape

STARRY STARRY NITE

So what did we do on sat??
I tell u, u won’t believe it lor

So I told him “ ok. In tt case, we go play arcade games, eat, drink and be merry”

So come sat, after lunch we ventured into ORCHARD ROAD……….coz dear wanted to buy hdp
Went to watch “BUTTERFLY LOVERS”
Frankly speaking, in my own humble opinion, I preferred the older version by the nicky wu and the Charlie young
Half way thru the show, I was like ‘WHEN IS IT GG TO END?”
Anyway, the ending very cukoo lor……but well, tt’s what love is all abt rite?

After the movie, we walked all the way from lido to centrepoint looking for the red shop
I know where got the orange and green shop
But RED!! Omg!!
I told dear “orchard road so big, I dun believe all shopping centres no red shop lor”
Then I told him to go to the one near somersat, but I think think think “tt one is office leh, so maybe will close after office hours. Better find the shopping centres one, sure open” so we proceed back down to taka……(which I on Sunday realized tt it opened till quite late in the evening lor)

Dear kept saying taka dun have
But I remembered vividly tt taka has lor
Then we went wisma first but no have then I insisted tt we must go taka
And so we went
And hey presto!!! Red shop is there. Took over the previous location of the orange shop
=))

Anyway, after walking ard the shop
He still cannot make up his mind
Iphone? or Omnia?
So he said ok, dun buy first let him think abt it

So we went for dinner……..
Dear said “what u want to eat?”
And I went “u choose lor, u choosy”
So we went to the basement food court at taka and he said “food not appetizing……”
So I asked him ‘then what u want?”

Then I think think think and I went “ok. Then same thing, we go nearest hotel and eat buffet”
He stared at me and then “ok”

And I looked at her legs, ya lor, so slim leh
Then hor, jacelyn tay came (TOO SKINNY), li nan xing and then chow chew meng with his wife and his 2 girls and their maid……there was another actor, he very long no act le, dun know what he is doing now…….hm….

It was a starry starry nite……….

But must be something to do with rayson tan and liping bah………coz normally the “master” will be the early birds rite?

The food is so so
One section is the cooked food section, one section is the noodle section and of course there is the sushi and sashimi section and the dessert section……

WATER FLOW TO WHERE??

This morning something very interesting happened
Sister woke up few mins before me
And went to the toilet, as usual lah

When I woke up and make my way to the kitchen
I can hear water from the bathroom flowing……
So I thought she was washing her hair and taking a shower lor

But few mins later when she EMERGED from the bath room
HEY PRESTO!!!
Hair dry and body dry
So it made me wonder where did the water flow to???

Hm………*ponder ponder*
Fantastic rite?
So she was letting water flowing to no where for dun know how many mins…for WTF???
Money too much??

And the best thing is, even though she is dried from head to toe,
She still uses the hair dryer to blow her hair!!!!!!!!!

when I entered the room to change, she was blowing her hair and haven change, haven anything!!

this morning, when my alarm clock rang
my sister woke up and said "hey u want to use the toilet better use now coz i gg to wash hair later"
and i went "u want to wash ur hair, u go wake up now. why should i be the one to be up?"
and she dared to reply me "cause my alarm has not rang"
then she ignored me and i also ignored her

i set my alarm clock 15 mins earlier lor
so to say i always have 15 mins to laze ard before i finally wake up at 730am
so why should i wake up 15 mins earlier than my usual time just to suit her

i have always been like this lor
so why should i "suffer" at her expense?
no way........

she is supposed to wake up at 645am every day
wash and bath
and get the butt of the house by 730am which is the time tt i should get out of my bed
but she di li and da li and only get out of the house after i left
so IS IT MY FAULT???
so why should i be the one to accomodate her??

and esp now tt she has decided to use the TAXI instead of the bus and mrt thingy
she decided tt she has the rights to sleep later and then rush out since the taxi will allow her to arrive to office on time

just becoz someone did not inform her of a meeting
she was not kept in the loop
meeting was called and forwarded via email without AGENDA aka the projects which is gg to be presented
so when she found out, immediately she hit the roof

so apparently, she chose the 2nd option

few months back, issues were raised abt school buses installing seat belts
debate went on and on
rattle and rattle

"who gg to bear the extra charges?"
"bus fares will increase"
"limited passengers"
"very exp to install seat belts"
"its good to have seat belts"
"safety cannot be compromised"
and the list goes on and on........

and finally, few months later, gahmen decided to subside the cost for installing seat belts.........
i thought its a happy ending rite??
apparently, to my HORROR and DISMAY, COMPLAINS started to pop up

"in the event of an accident, the children (being still young) will not know what to do? stuck to their seat coz of the seat belt, they cannot move. what if there is no adult ard to help unbuckle them? and they cannot escape?"
"install seat belt but not COMPULSORY to buckle up" (OMG!! then install for fun???) what if accident do happened (TOUCH WOOD) who is gg to be blamed huh? TELL ME TELL ME!!!

the party to be blame :- ( please choose as many as u deemed is correct)
gahmen for not insisting tt its COMPUSLORY???
bus driver for not driving SAFELY??
bus attendant for not being ard to help unbuckle in case of emergency or ensure and remind students to buckle up??
the students themselves?? coz they choose not to heed adult's advice to BUCKLE UP
or is it the smart alec who suggested to install the seat belt but not compulsory to buckle up. parents will tell the bus attendant their final decision to have their kids buckle or unbuckle up!!
parents who made the final decision not to buckle up their kids........

though the plane has seat belt install, but its never their ruling to buckle up during the flight

and she made no attempt to move it.....
u dun move it then its ur problem lor
and when i proceeded to sit down, she actually looked up and me
and gave me the CARE BEAR STARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as if i care, u think i care auntie????!!?
i know there is another empty seat opposite so why must i insist to sit on the one next to u.......
but oh come on, unless u can produce one mrt ez link card for ur bag, if not pls, dun attempt to put ur bags or whatever on the empty seat next to u

guessed what i did today??

then wanted to venture to tampines but was LAZY.....so decided to have my lunch at white sands too........

so she said she will check for me which is very kind of her lah
saw a small commotion at the counter........apparently, they forgot my order!!!!!!!!!!
the one who made the drinks insisted tt she had cleared all orders. and the one who took orders said tt she had passed all the orders to her
so the waitress pointed to my direction and asked them "but she has no drinks?"
the make drinks one took a look at me and then at her order lists and said she done all
and the one who took the orders took a look at me and said "ya!! she ordered. yayaya! the drink is for her"
and both of them laff laff (also dun know why)
and then made the yuan yang for me.......

today i read in the papers this lady, Z, kana cheated of her money by someone she met on the net.......
apparently she was looking for love in the NET
and chanced upon this taiwanese man
they chatted via msn, emails and even on the phone
and the man told her tt "i think we have a future together"
who not happy?? i also happy lor
then the "cheating game"started
he claimed tt he lost some money for his clients in the market
and claimed tt "will die"
so immediately the woman remitted money to him
and then few weeks later he claimed tt the stock has rebounded and his co is using the profit to go buy more
then few days later claimed tt the profit now has soared up to M!!!!
who not happy!! i also happy lor
then in order to get tt sum of money she needs to pay $10K for admin charges
and money went out again........

then the guy said he will come to sing to look for her
who not happy? i also happy lor
but before he came, he claimed he needed a large sum of money for some transaction
then she also send money over
and then she no hear from him le
so she called and the man said he no received the money
she immdiately called the sister to stop the fund transfer but too late.........

SINGAPORE, Oct 16 - "No money no honey" seems to be ringing true for Singapore's bridal agencies, which are seeing slowing business as the financial crisis and a looming recession hit love in the country.
Matchmaking agencies in the Southeast Asian country said the financial meltdown has forced some men to think twice about spending thousands of dollars to get a wife.
"About 10 percent of my customers say 'The economy is slowing down, I have no money,'" said Mark Lin, who runs the Vietnam Brides International Matchmaker in Singapore.
"In the past, girls used to get married in one to two weeks. Now it takes one to two months," he said, in a tiny office along Singapore's main shopping belt where five Vietnamese women chatted under walls covered with pictures of smiling newly weds.
Three to four customers pull out of their marriages each month now, forfeiting deposits paid to agencies, up from one to two clients before, Lin said.
The crisis, which sparked banking turmoil from the United States to Iceland, has traversed beyond financial markets into the real economy as falling home prices and fears of losing jobs force consumers to tighten their belts.
"Business has been very badly hit by the crisis. In the past, I would get around 20 calls a day. Now there are hardly any calls," said Hannah, who works at Truelove International Matchmaker in Singapore. She declined to give her last name.
"Some say the financial pressures from a marriage are just too great," she said, in a country that was booming last year but is expected to see a recession in the third quarter.
Couples in Singapore typically spend thousands of dollars when they tie the knot as newly weds host family and friends at a lavish dinner to mark the occasion.
Matchmaking is not uncommon in the country, which has a population of 4.8 million and a low birth rate, as older men turn to professionals to find a wife.
Some agencies help link up singles, while others -- like Lin's -- help customers find a prospective wife from abroad.
For S$8,000 , a man can pick a wife from among the women in Lin's shop, send her to the doctor, and get his marriage registered -- all in 12 hours, but only if the woman fancies him too.
If he does not fancy the women in the shop, he can pay another S$2,000 to fly to Ho Chi Minh City and meet 50-100 women in a hotel, but Lin warns customers this is illegal.
"My customers are usually over 35. That is when they get disappointed with Singapore women, whom they say have too high expectations," he said.
The women can stay in Singapore for only two months on visitor's passes if they are not married to a local, Lin said.
But as business slows to a crawl amid a sagging economy, some women have to go home without a husband.
"I hope to get married," said 19-year-old Nguyen Thi Hue, who returns to Vietnam on Thursday after two months in Singapore. "I want a husband who can dote on me and love me."

Beached whale swallows rubbish, dies in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - A beached whale has died in eastern Malaysia after swallowing a plastic bag, a rope and a bottle cap, a marine researcher said Wednesday.
the 10-meter-long (33 feet) Bryde's whale got stranded at the Kuala Nenasi estuary in eastern Pahang state Monday and died a day later despite villagers' efforts to safe it, said Mohamad Lazim Mohamad Saif, a researcher with the Turtle and Marine Ecosystem Center, who was at the scene.
Mohamad Lazim said the preliminary findings of an autopsy showed the female had swallowed a black plastic bag, a rope and a bottle cap, which clogged its intestine.
"When they come to the beach, this means they want to die. Usually it's like that," Mohamad Lazim told The Associated Press. He said the sick whale may alternatively have ended up at the beach after getting separated from its pod and losing direction.
Marine boats managed to pull the 3.9-ton (3.5-metric-ton) whale back into the sea during high tide late Monday, but that by Tuesday it was back on the beach. Villagers sprinkled it with sea water and covered it with wet blankets and a mattress, Mohamad Lazim said.
The state's veterinarian department will continue to examine the whale, which will later be buried near the estuary's jetty, he said.
Another Bryde's whale stranded and died in eastern Sabah state in Malaysia in 2006. Bryde's whales are members of the baleen whale suborder and are found in tropical waters.

The Perfect World
Last evening, my sister said she will wake up at 645am this morning then she will bath and change and then take the BUS and MRT to work…*ahem*
*ahem* becoz she is not a BUS and MRT person lor…..more of a TAXI!!!!!!!!!!
Ok ok, we must give her the benefit of doubts rite
So I give lor, also not gg to lose a pound of flesh

So she planned to wear a grey sleeveless top with a black flowery skirt and top it off with a cardigan and she asked “hey!this one nice hor? Can rite?”
I did not bother to give much comments except to smile at her and said “its does not matter coz u will change a few suits before u decide what to wear”
And she looked at me with the dagger look

Anyway, I know my sister…….

After choosing her clothes, feeling so proud of herself, she gave her very strict instructions to all…….”tomolo I am on a tight schedule so pls, do not disturb me ok. I need to wake up at 645am, bath, change and then go to work. I need to test out the timing of the traveling time and then adjust my timing in future. Its my 1st day of work and I dun want to be late”

dad and mum wanted to go Vietnam in nov
so dad went ard looking for packages and comparing prices
( tt's common rite? everybody is doing tt rite)
anyway, when sister came back from Shanghai, dad told her abt this trip
and sister, being sister, claimed tt she can find cheaper deals
and so dad said "ok lor. since u said u can do it, u go do it"

few weeks later, the scenrio has changed
dad keeps chasing sister to "check your emails? the agency got reply or not?" tt was like few mins after my sister send email to the agency....cmi rite?
then if u dun check, he will every sec every min kept nagging u to do it
and my sister very pek chey coz the moment she opened her eyes from her beauty sleep, my dad will go "how? check email already? reply yet?" standard qns.......hahaha

dad is complaining tt sister is not doing anything
but i saw sister doing this and tt but dad no sees
he only complains tt she is not doing anything. not "eagerly" looking for better deals for him
and sister, being sister, threw temper and said tt dad is fussy with this and tt and its very difficult to do things for him esp he this also want and tt also want

in my humble opinion hor, its very unfair for dad to say tt sister have not been doing it for him lor. in the first place, he asked her to do it so why complain now??
tts why, i never do things for him
coz i know he is FUSSY and CHOOSY and he cannot make up his mind
he kept having 2 and 3 and in the end, only made u frustrated with him
and then another round of quarrel lor
tts why dad never asked me to do things for him and i NEVER volunteered my service or advice coz we will bound to have our differences.
so to maintain our good r/s, we shall not do anything for each other.......

i know very bad like this, afterall HE is my dad
but wait till u see me SCREAMING at the top of my lungs, u will know tt perhaps by not doing anything in the first place is a better deal afterall.........

WHAT's WRONG?

this morning i went to buy my fruit juice (as per any normal day provided me not lazy)
then whole day no drink water till before lunch time, i made a cup of milk tea coz weather cold lor
then late evening, i very thirsty liao so i went to get myself a cup of hot water
it was after i drank tt water tt i felt my tummy cmi
and quickly rushed to the toilet and poot.................

luckily not tt er lor, still consider SOLID ok........
what's wrong huh??
is it the water or me?
ever since the tummy ache thingy, i have been trying to cut down the amt of water i drink in office
coz i "suspect" only "suspect" ok, tt the water is causing me the pain
now i think think think, maybe its the milk tea leh, tomolo i try the green tea instead and monitor the situation.......

need to get to the root of the problem once and for all.......

"hey! u know, i was finding my make up in the make up pouch tt day and then hor, u know hor, the razor inside the pouch, then i hor, cut my finger leh!!!!! deep cut!!! so much blood ozze out. cannot stopped leh. got to run it under running water but the blood still ozzes out leh. ......" my sister was telling me.........

today when i came back from work, she came into the study room and looked at me (so pitiful) and showed me her finger and went "i spend $1000 today"
and i was like "huh?? $1000 on her finger!!!! her cut must have been very bad"

MINOR ACCIDENT

The little one met with a minor road accident on sat
Hm……one thing tt pissed off my parents and my sister was tt the dad did not call and informed us until sun morning when he is gg to send her home

When she came home, we saw 2 bandages on her knees
Some scratches on her arms and face NOTHING

But who knows, the little girl holds her friend’s hand and dashed across the road

Stayed in the hospital for one night for observation…..poor girl……sigh

Think she is gg to have big time with my dad…….

one of the clothes which i ordered online has arrived!!!!!!

then i went to check with SL lor coz the boss dun know doing what
then hor we discussed and said tt since project A got money, we will transfer from A to B lor
then Q said "yayaya. can be done. i have done before"
SL said "u sure can?"
and i went "sure or not?"
and she went "can"
so SL volunteered to send the email lor and Q did not stopped her and then she said will keep us in the loop
email send, and all settled

this morning someone unhappy tt it was done this way
email shoot out and said in why in the first place SL send and its the incorrect way
so is it MY FAULT!!!

and she wants to choot pattern what can i do
and then also dun know what fuss lor

cleared my half day today
planned to go WWW lor
but i saw the sky dark dark
so i decided to have a change of plan

WTF !!!!
waited until 330pm before i finally saw the bus and got onto it..........THANK GOD!!!

anyway why were we in chinatown??
coz dad wants to go there for lunch ...........
