STARRY STARRY NITE

So what did we do on sat??
I tell u, u won’t believe it lor
I asked dear what he wants to do, and he replied ‘do anything”
So I told him “ ok. In tt case, we go play arcade games, eat, drink and be merry”
And he replied me “ok”
So come sat, after lunch we ventured into ORCHARD ROAD……….coz dear wanted to buy hdp
Went to watch “BUTTERFLY LOVERS”
Frankly speaking, in my own humble opinion, I preferred the older version by the nicky wu and the Charlie young
Half way thru the show, I was like ‘WHEN IS IT GG TO END?”
Anyway, the ending very cukoo lor……but well, tt’s what love is all abt rite?

After the movie, we walked all the way from lido to centrepoint looking for the red shop
I know where got the orange and green shop
But RED!! Omg!!
I told dear “orchard road so big, I dun believe all shopping centres no red shop lor”
Then I told him to go to the one near somersat, but I think think think “tt one is office leh, so maybe will close after office hours. Better find the shopping centres one, sure open” so we proceed back down to taka……(which I on Sunday realized tt it opened till quite late in the evening lor)

Dear kept saying taka dun have
But I remembered vividly tt taka has lor
Then we went wisma first but no have then I insisted tt we must go taka
And so we went
And hey presto!!! Red shop is there. Took over the previous location of the orange shop
=))

Anyway, after walking ard the shop
He still cannot make up his mind
Iphone? or Omnia?
So he said ok, dun buy first let him think abt it

So we went for dinner……..
Dear said “what u want to eat?”
And I went “u choose lor, u choosy”
So we went to the basement food court at taka and he said “food not appetizing……”
So I asked him ‘then what u want?”
And he said “orchard got where got good food”
Then I think think think and I went “ok. Then same thing, we go nearest hotel and eat buffet”
He stared at me and then “ok”
And off we went, first stop MARRIOT
“do u have oysters for ur buffet?”
“yes sir we do have”
“is this international spread?”
“yes madam. Its international spread”
Yippee…….this is it!!
2 beaming faces!!
“sorry sir, our buffet starts at 630pm but we are fully booked tonight. If u r interested, we can placed u on waiting list.”
*pulled long face*
“u want?”
*shake head*
“then never mind. Thanks”
And off we go………
Next stop HYATT
“this one no ppl lor. Sure have seat for us rite?”
“ok. U ask”
“hi, do u happened to have seats for 2?”
“sorry madam, we are fully booked tonight. Why dun u call and make a reservation before coming”
*damn tl liao*
What is this!!
We just want dinner!!!
Ok ok, small case….. no big deal……. “we go opposite. The carousel”
“ okok. So small, sure no ppl one. We go”
And happily we crossed the overhead bridge and then “hi!! R u fully booked tonight?”
“sorry sir, we are fully booked tonight. U have to call and make a reservation with us 2 WEEKS in advance”
WTF!!
2 weeks!! Ur food very nice meh?
Oh come on lor………this time I really cmi le
“whats the occasion huh? Why is it everybody is fully booked TO NIGHT?”
Dear quickly grab hold of my hands and smiled at the waiter and we left……
I am so depressed and pissed off le
So I told dear “can we just eat anything. I am tired le. Everybody is “fully booked”
As we walked back to Wheelock place, dear saw HILTON
“let’s go there?”
“but sure will be fully booked le lor”
“no lah. We just continued to walk down till one hotel has lor”
“but the last hotel I think it’s the TRADERS leh. U sure u want to walk till there? Its like near the STB le”
“ok lah. We just walk lor.”

Then popped into HILTON
And we were “lost”
Where is the rest??? Hm….
Then we just followed our guts feel and walked all the way in and ta da!! This little small passage way lead us to our dinner place
“do u have table for 2?”
“give me a min sir”
And we waited……
“this way pls….”
YIPPPPEEEEEEE
Finally dinner……….
Its JAP bUFFET at Hilton……….$57+++ or is it $58+++ with free flow of sake
Hm…….
Whatever….finally we get to sit down and drink water and eat…….
But hor, let me tell u this, dun be offended by the manager, coz he has a “black face” ma chiam we owed him many many thousands millions of dollars!!!
Dear said “could be his botox in action. Tts why he cannot smile”

And then suddenly RAYSON TAN walked in with 2 children in tow and some aunties……
Then dear went “hey he is …..” and I went “chen liping’s hubby. So where is chen liping?”
And the behind came chen liping lor…….
I tell u, she dun look fat to me lor. She is ok
And dear commented “her bottom are slim how come she has a “bloated” upper body”
And I looked at her legs, ya lor, so slim leh
Then hor, jacelyn tay came (TOO SKINNY), li nan xing and then chow chew meng with his wife and his 2 girls and their maid……there was another actor, he very long no act le, dun know what he is doing now…….hm….

It was a starry starry nite……….
What occasion I dun know
But must be something to do with rayson tan and liping bah………coz normally the “master” will be the early birds rite?

Better go back on track……
The food is so so
One section is the cooked food section, one section is the noodle section and of course there is the sushi and sashimi section and the dessert section……
Nothing fantastic
Dear said “we could have save a lot if we go sakura”
And I went “but this is fresh lor”
He just kept quiet……..
I tried my once a lifetime cold sake……..and I tell u, not interested to drink again…..
Yeeks!!
One sip and my head spin lor….cmi……
I rather stick to the free flow of green tea….. =))
