yesterday morning
on the way to the office
i heard "flap flap flap"
and i immediately knew it was HER!!
so i just continued to walk to the escalator leading to 1st story
and she took the escalator to the 2nd story

of course i will entered the lift first mah
so when the lift door opened at 2nd storey
i looked up
saw her and nodded and said softly "morning"
and looked down into my papers
simply bo chap
also dun expect her to answer me or even showed any expression lor

she zoomed out
moved swiftly and quickly to the office
and then quickly walked to her cubicle and then when i walked past her
she was switching on her pc
ma chiam like "I WIN"

anyway, i just do my own thing
take my own sweet time

anyway, while doing my work
i saw her walked passed a few times outside my cubicle ( very irritating......if its others i dun mind, but not her lor) hehehe

so i wondered "hm....will she pay me for the hanger?"

she is on half day today

she smsed me and said she forgot to pay me for the hanger and will do so on monday

MY VERDICT

remember i wrote previously abt the pantene 3 min treatment from sing and from Hk??
i tried the sing version last wed and today i used the hk one

frankly speaking, in my own humble opinion, both versions hor, no difference
though at first i thought the HK version does not smell as nice as the sing one
but after awhile, its like "same leh, no difference"
then the hk one like softer feeling than the sing one
but once the hair is dried, "same leh, no difference"

so my verdict........hm........erm..........
i still like my HOT OIL TREATMENT.........u know the VO5 thingy.........

so i asked her
"1) how to justify tt ur percentage is fair and reasonable
2) how to answer boss
3) whats the rationale of putting a fixed %
4) how r u gg to evaluate the tender price since all same $$$$$

she challenged me back
1) the project officer told me to include the fixed %. i can call and ask ard
2) ok i asked the project officer
3) project officer said the consultants do design only
4) oh ya hor

my reply:-
1) we dun have a professional bodies to tell us project of value $X to $Y, qs fee to be 1% etc. so how do u judge whether the % u find out is fair and reasonable. bigger projects normally the fee is lower than smaller projects
2) u mean its just a feasibily study?? then who gg to administer the project for u in future??

she challenged back:
1) No. the complexity of the project also affect the fee %
2) dun know. i go ask the project officer

me replied :-
1) true. but u see huh. take 2 projects $10K and the other $100M1% applied for boththe $10K will be $100 and the $100M will be $1Mso the $10K fee is lower so cannot be 1% rite? should be more mah

she replied :-

it was dear's birthday last fri

went to downtown east for dear's co family day.........
it was a long awaited trip for me..........
we reached abt 10plus (we got lost along the way but still managed to way our way there.......)
and dear said "dun think we will get any goodie bags le." (coz the registration starts from 9am to 10am)
but to our surprised!!! many ppl still have not turned up yet lor.......so in the end, though we were "late", we still get to registered and got our goodies bag
it was a foldable chair, floor mat and a water tumbler.......i like lor =))

since we were early, we cannot go for the www or the escapade yet
we need to wait till after lunchie then can go
so we hang ard in the hall and started to go collect our freebies!!!

Yesterday I saw something
And I wonder……….

We were having our dinner and there was this table of 5 sitting behind us
After footing the bill, all stand to make a move
One of the girl, I think got her bf/husband to come fetch her
“honk”
And she bidded farewell to her friends, and she went towards the car
I saw a guy sitting at the passenger seat and there was no attempt to alight the car and let the girl has the passenger seat next to the driver
The girl went to the door and attempted to open the door and the guy sitting inside still no action
I saw the girl apologised and proceed to take the back seat

And I started to wonder…………..why didn’t the guy move to the back seat? And why the driver did not ask the guy friend to move to the back seat……..

So I asked dear “imagine ur friend gave u a ride. But told u tt he needs to go pick up his wife first. When he reached the pick up pt, what will u do?”
My dear said “ I will give up the seat to the wife lor and move to the back”
Steady!! Swee!! So impressed!!
He continued with “if its his friend, he will also asked his friend to move to the back one coz the seat is reserved for the wife”
And I asked him “what if the friend dun move leh?”

He said u go asked ur friends, after marriage, who is closer to u, partner or parents?
So I asked him for his answer
Though I know tt he will said partner
Coz for me, its also partner
But his reasons were “its very simple theory. If u love ur partner more. She can feel the love u have for her. And she will inturn treat ur parents good”

Tts the same reason tt my dad is thinking too
By treating the SIL good, they will inturn treat his daughters good too!!
But too bad, they just dun understand him

Supposed to go have the crab and durian buffet tonight
Booked a table for 8
But ended up NO SHOW
Sigh

The 2 guys cannot make it
And then D suggested a change of venue
And J said in tt case we go ahead
So ok lor, as I already said I followed majority I just go along lor

Then hor C last evening said she cannot join us le, coz she needs to go somewhere with her son
And so left the 3 of us
So the other J initiated to cancel the dinner
And I second it lor
And then D just kept quiet abt the whole thing

Sigh
I really very pissed lor
Frankly speaking, the original plan was to go for the buffet de
And why after 2 of them said not coming, then she wants to change the plan??!??
What does she meant when she said “she dun fancy crabs?”
But when I jio them, they already know it is crab and durian buffet lor
So now, where also no go, what also no can eat
Ended up gg home and eat maggi!!!

no complains. not bad

It was raining when I left the office lor
When I reached bugis it was like 7pm. So need to wait another ½ hr for dear to come
I went shopping and tts when I bought the pair of shoes and realized tt my favourite shoes shop has moved..!!! arrggghhhh……….

In ½ hr time, I walked everywhere of the shopping centre
And feet getting tired
720pm dear called me
One glance * OFFICE NUMBER*
Omg!! He forgot????
“I am leaving office now. So I will call u when I reached ok. Btw, where did we agree to meet har?”

“ok. Bugis”
He is busy yet find time to have dinner with me, he is so nice lor

Anyway, I quickly go ard to find a seat to rest my tired arms and feet
And out come my DS lite
And the rest is history……..

I found out many new rest in bugis leh
And I want to eat all
But hor, I told dear I want to eat western last nite so cannot change and say “I want to eat jap now”
I think I will be sad lor. Esp I have prepared myself to eat western food le……….hehehe

He finally turned up at 8 plus???
I forgot to see the time
But we crossed over the liang seah street and popped into………..

And dear got the humogous cut - $26.90 – medium rare with garlic sauce

Total damage – less than $60

Anyway, true enough the medium rare was much better
The meat more QQ ( I insisted tt dear cut a tiny pc for me)
Mine was nice but TOUGH
The veg , baked potatoes very nice……..i did not eat the onions but dear took all

One of my favorite shoe shop in BUGIS has moved
Moved to where I have absolutely no idea
Wtf!!!
Used to have one in tampines, but closed
Then the nearest to me is BUGIS
But but but
Now tt bugis one is no longer available to me, the nearest shop is at city link!!!!!!!!

They still have a counter at bugis itself
But the variety is limited and also hor, cannot use the discount card
So no 10% discount!!!

Anyway, while waiting for dear last nite in bugis
I bought another pair of shoes……

WHAT A LOUSY DAY!!!

Sister had a lousy day yesterday
Its just like having a bad hair day
Nothing seemed to be right, nothing seemed to be nice, everything/everybody just seemed to be against her………
*poor thing*

Her temp staff send her blood to boiling pt
Told her to draft a speech for the chairman for the upcoming event, the temp staff, very smartly copied and paste last yr speech and hand up as her work
One glance and my dear sister vomited blood
The so called copy writer, just changed the names on the draft speech and claimed it HER WORK
So my dear sister learned something yesterday
“WHAT DOES A COPYWRITER DO?”
ANS: COPY and WRITE lor……….muahahaha…..*LMAO*

She was looking for some “golden” paper wrappers, and couldn’t find
One coll assured her last week tt “HAVE HAVE”
Yesterday became “NO HAVE NO HAVE”
And WTF lor, she quickly ventured to town to get it on her way to some meeting
And had a hard time finding it
Dun asked me why must be golden lor, I no asked her

Then she couldn’t get a cab
And when she finally gotten one, dun know what happened lah
Hahaha
Did not hear what she say. Was crying away liao……..

Then becoz of this hoo ha thingy, she had a late lunch

Then she damn pek chey for the whole day
And met her bf for dinner

Coz when she came home after dinner

So she told the uncle to drive her to the nearest ATM so tt she can withdraw money for him

So back into the cab and then the uncle was very nice
Only took $10 from her for the trip
She said she felt so pai sey
But she requested for a receipt so she can “repay” back his kindness one day

So end of the day, she had a very lousy day
When I reached home last evening
She was busy amending the speech
And then our dear papa called back from Vietnam and asked her to do something
She told me tt she is busy now so can I on my pc to help her
But what can I do ???
My pc is in the room and she is in the kitchen
So she needs to walk in and out
For what rite?

Lagi waste time
So I told her “since u promised to do for him, then u better just do it. Dun disturb me”

So she called the bf up
And complained
Complained to him abt the day again, abt the bitchy coll, abt the politics games gg on in her office, abt 101 things
And before mins, a shouting session started
Coz bf during dinner said “wont buy car coz friend said not worth to buy now”
And then bf numerous times telling my sister “no buy flat yet. Coz exp”
So sister very angry and said tt “what have I done wrong?”

I see until buay ta han and I went to bed………
If she could have spend the time screaming and shouting over the phone
