MEDIUM RARE.........

Met dear for dinner yesterday
I got to choose the venue
It was a tie b/w indulge bristo or phin’s steakhouse
=))

Got some advise from J tt we should ordered the ribeye steak and have it medium rare……..but she said I will asked for well done but it won’t be nice
No choice leh. I like my well done, I dun like to see bloody bloody thingy de
How to eat, lose appetite lor

It was raining when I left the office lor
When I reached bugis it was like 7pm. So need to wait another ½ hr for dear to come
I went shopping and tts when I bought the pair of shoes and realized tt my favourite shoes shop has moved..!!! arrggghhhh……….

In ½ hr time, I walked everywhere of the shopping centre
And feet getting tired

Omg!! He forgot????
“I am leaving office now. So I will call u when I reached ok. Btw, where did we agree to meet har?”
*slap forehead*
“ok. Bugis”
He is busy yet find time to have dinner with me, he is so nice lor

Anyway, I quickly go ard to find a seat to rest my tired arms and feet
And out come my DS lite
And the rest is history……..

I found out many new rest in bugis leh
And I want to eat all
But hor, I told dear I want to eat western last nite so cannot change and say “I want to eat jap now”
I think I will be sad lor. Esp I have prepared myself to eat western food le……….hehehe

He finally turned up at 8 plus???
I forgot to see the time
But we crossed over the liang seah street and popped into………..
Muahaahahha
Final decision is PHIN’S STEAKHOUSE………
Muahaha

I ordered the ladies cut - $16.90 – well done with mushroom sauce
And dear got the humogous cut - $26.90 – medium rare with garlic sauce
One glass of coke - $3.90
Total damage – less than $60

Anyway, true enough the medium rare was much better
The meat more QQ ( I insisted tt dear cut a tiny pc for me)
Mine was nice but TOUGH
The veg , baked potatoes very nice……..i did not eat the onions but dear took all
Told me”onion is good. U poooooooo” chey!! >.<

Final verdict
Dear said “NOT BAD LAH”
For me, well, perhaps, becoz mine was tough, so I was like “hm……….no further comments”
But frankly speaking, I will go again *beam beam*Economical (Cheap) and good!!
