STIFF NECK

i kana stiff neck lor
shit!!!
very pain ful lor
kept pressing ard the area but no pain leh
so i concluded tt it must be due to the vein kana dun know what by dun know wat
if its muscle pain, at least, i know how to handle but this.....*scratch head*

asked mum whether do we have the "heated" sticker
she said have
so it never occur to me to buy when i go out yesterday
and i thought tt she will put it on the table for my usage

when i came back last nite
wa kao!!
mum no put it on the table lor
so i searched myself in the medication drawer
ho say liao lor!! no can find.......
last night no the "heated"stickers to apply
damn it lor
so i had to sleep on one side and then put a pillow under my neck area to support it
this morning woke up the stiffness no go away lor
damn it

stress? or sleeping posture?
arrggghhhhh........

but already told mum to put the stickers on the table
i will use it tonight if not tomolo at work sure sian le
