went to see the car show at changi exhibition center at changi

then we went to see show case of cars and car queens.........
nothing fantastic actually

ok, call me sour grapes or whatever........but i am way past tt thing le lor.......
maybe last time, i will think they are pretty and chio but now, ahem, dun know what to call them.......or perhaps they are not those professional ......these are only part timers.....afterall only a small exhibition........

reached there ard 5 and left at abt 6
total damage $45 for 2 pax............
$5 for the cara nd $20 each for entrance

went to oscar for dinner
tried to make payment with the citibank card (coz got 15% discount)
in the end was told by the waiter "card declined, sir"
omg! what happened!!
dear called up the card centre and realised tt he did not pay a bill for oct, $150 (i think) and therefore the card was LOCKED!!!!!
so dear explained tt if they could just checked his records, he is always very prompt in making payment and never once default his payment
and he is very sure for this case, he did not received the said statement
and therefore could like to request for waiver and unlock the card for him and send him the statement, he will make payment immediately coz we need to use the card now to make payment for a meal and there was no reminder letter or even a call to get him to pay up if not we will lock ur card
after checking with her supervisor, the answer was "sorry sir, we cannot unlock ur card unless u make a payment now"
and dear was frustrated and told her "its ok. i know its not ur fault. but pls do send me the outstanding statement, i will make the payment immediately, but in the mean time, please cancel my card"
*shocked*
"but why sir?"
"becos u locked my card over $150 which i explained i did not received the statement and over $150 u went to lock my card and now i request it to be unlock and will make payment immediately when u send me the outstanding statement and u said cannot!! what if i am overseas now, and i only have CITIBANK CREDIT CARD, then u cannot unlock the card for me coz i cannot make immediate payment over $150!! then what u want me to do stranded overseas with only a CITIBANK CREDIT CARD which dun allow me to make any payment!!!! i think this is UNACCEPTABLE for a customer. anyway, just cancel the card for me ok."

dear was angry, disappointed, frustrated
he had this card more than 5 yrs ago. he applied it after he left uni
and had it since then
they even upgraded him to a platimum card......but with such after service.........sigh
*speechless*

bye bye CITIBANK CREDIT CARD, u gg to lose a customer over $150 and also a complain letter............sigh *shake head*
