was having steamboat for dinner last evening at dear's place
we were all happily eating and while waiting for the water to boil, his 2nd sister asked the little niece "do u understand canto?"
and the little girl shook her head
"wa! how can u dun know canto? then how to speak to grandma?"
and the little one replied "i can speak 3 langauages"
and the aunt went "what languages? tell me"
and she counted for the aunt" hokkien, malay and english"
and the aunt went "so what word u know of the hokkien? is it "NB"?
and we all burst out laffing...........buay ta han........so funni
then the little one continued "i know malay"
and the aunt asked "ok. what word is tt"
and she went "nasi lemak"
*slap forehead*
*faint*
so cute lor..........
but i really had a good laff........
