just realised tt for new birds like me in my current firm, within the 1st 5 yrs, we are at the learner stage
here, we are expected to LEARN LEARN AND LEARN
dun need to do anything just learn
and "pile and dig ur foundation....as deep as u can"

so does it mean within the 1st 5 yrs, even if i made a boo boo, its consider as "OK" coz we are at the learner's stage....learn thru ur own mistakes........steady
then if u r good at being a learner...u go on to the next stage as a individual contributor.....means u OMO.....coz u know all the shit le...so can run on ur own......kekeke
after another few yrs and u r damn good at a individual contributor, u will be promoted to be a mentor.......wow!! here, u mentor ppl....show them the enlightened paths....kekeke....so after mentoring abt 100 staff and u r good at it, well, u will move on to the final stage...leader....u lead a team le....

sound interesting...sounds challenging....but frankly, how long will it take for u to climb up that ladder....esp u have no paper.......except rough paper and toilet paper.......sigh
