dear was asking me this during last sunday fishing trip.....

D: have u ever thought abt where we will be staying after we get married?
M: *deep thoughts* still need to think meh? HDB mah.....
D: HDB flats are expensive, condo..blah blah blah..
M: *deep thoughts* wa!! HDB expensive? then gg to stay where?
D: so? have u thought abt it?
M: u already said HDB expensive lor...then u tell me stay where lor
D: u go think abt it. then submit a proposal to me ok
M: u tell me la. why i tell u....

seriously, is HDB tt expensive?
thought the gahmen is making public housing affordable for everybody??
hm...*ponder* bluff ppl one huh? cannot be wat....

1) go flat shopping???
2) to resales or not resales??
3) wait till want to get marry then source for flat, the property market might come down....but then..if want to wait for flat then forever no need to get marry lor...?
