NO LOGIC

let's think logically

i was asked to give further proof that one of the project i am handing is non conventional

i sought advised and then went was told to write it in such a way

my final qn to him was "so this XXX will show tt its non conventional??? it is understood when anybody read it?"
the reply was "yes. normal people who sees this will know tt its non conventional. those who dun knows at all"
so i amended and forwarded it to boss
and in turn forwarded to mgt

and i was asked "do u know exactly what is non conventional or not? u said u doing this project? this project is nothing special how can it be non conventional."
then i brought him to the words XXX, which everybody should understands when they read it if they dun, means they dun know at all....
and i was told "this is not non conventional. not u say non conventional then its non conventional u know"
i looked at him...almost want to burst out laffing....
"so u r the dun know person"

another case

i got a tender closing today
4pm was closing time
he called me early in the morning
"hey, i am gg over to collect the docs at 430pm. what do u need beside the pricing?"
"did xxx call and ask u to go collect at 430pm??"
everybody knows the doc can only be collect the next day lor
how can they possibly cleared the docs within 30 mins???
sigh
simply speechless
he chose not to reply my qn, and as usual, u think i care?
so i told him i will need the pricing potion first to check thru for arithmetical errors then i will return him all the doc for him to check the rates?
"not u do meh?"
"nope. its M&E"
"why should we check the rates?"
"thought we discussed before? we might get a quotation for item A to be $0.50. but when tender returned, the contractors may priced for $0.30 or $1.20 or $2. so we need to clarify with them and understand what they have included and at the same time gauge to see whether reasonable or not? can we accept or not"
"oic"
"and also we have the asor. so u need to check too"
"but not ur work meh?"
"NO. IT'S M&E"
"so troublesome. giving our self more problem only."
i kept quiet
"it was V who wanted the asor lor"
"urs is a LS tender of course need the ASOR mah"
"other LS tenders also no ASOR"

i dun want to spend my precious time aruging or explaining to ppl who does not bother to go ask ard or tries to understand the logic
we have told him why we need it during tender preparation stage. so why argue over it now???? waste time!!!

he called ard 5 plus and told me he had gotten all the doc whether do i want to go collect from him
as i was busy, i told him no, maybe tomolo
so he asked me again, besides the pricing portion what else i need?
so i explained AGAIN, tt i will only need the pricing portion now to check for arithmetical error then forward back to him for him to go thru the rates and then mean time informed me who they want to evaluate further. and i further asked is he gg to "tear" up the doc???
he told me no. just tt there are other submissions and if i dun need them why i get the contractors to submit?? for fun???!!??
i was like *rolled eyes*
didn't i explained clearly? or maybe not clear enough
so i attempted and repeated myself tt i am checking for arithmetical errors NOW. once am done, then i will go into the details. coz his boss might decide tt we just evaluate on the lowest? or maybe three lowest? or maybe everybody???
told him i am busy now, so if i tell him i want everything, then i dun know when i can return the doc to him for checking......and i dun want to hold on to everything and do nothing with them..when he could have done something with them....
and then he like smart alec replied me "no lah. tts why i asked u mah"

then few mins later, he asked me
"what happened if some joker did not submit the rates?"
"then tt will be a qn in the questionnaire for them to submit lor"

seriously, this will be the same situation if they did not submit catalogues for him wat. then u mean he will just diam diam??? i am sure he will also ask for it lor...
i think he just want to think or ask ard.....
