saw the jap buffet rest in the paper
so i suggested to the gang tt we shall go try
and went yesterday...5 of us...
for dinner the cost is $35.10
was the buffet worth it??

yes, definitely, if compared to the last one we had at the kiliney road
beat it hands down lor

tt one was a total disaster....terrible experience

this one was much better as compared to tt one
but frankly, we did not eat $35 worth of food
for me, i should not have tt glass of coke...kekeke
once i drank it, i was like FULL
hahaha

of course for tt kind of price, dun expect the one at suntec's standard
but at least the food are nice, place not crowded and also fresh lor...but could have been fresher....

what i like:-
the potato dish (which YY said its much better than what marche has)
the omelette
salmon sashimi
grilled food
desserts!!!! (yum yum...cookie and cream ice cream......)
the beef is very tender but i preferred it to be more well done

what i dislike:-
chawamushi (ya!! most of the time, its one of my favorite!! but this time, sorry, i had eaten better ones)
green pea (not fresh enough)
sword fish (confirmed not fresh. the meat is not like those which i ate before, SOLID)
hand roll (seaweed not crispy enough)
the portion of the "dao gay" too little, not shiok

i did not try the tempura coz someone said NOT WORTH
i also did not try all the cooked food, coz for what???

but seriously, overall exp, definitely better than the one at kiliney lor
