THE CAT IS OUT
seriously, something not right in the office for the past few days
but i just brushed it off
well, blame it on work....
2 different came and told me tt one of the staff from my unit has tendered
wa kao!!!
how come other knows the news faster than me??
anyway, i clarified the news with the person and was told not to believe such rumours
so i brushed off the whole issue
mystery solved today
the person really did tendered
but mgt managed to make her change her mind, so she will be transferred back
but someone will be send over instead
=((
either way, i am very affected
i am very sad and upset by these 2 pcs of news
ok, first when they said she tendered, i almost wanted to burst out in tears
then today confirmed she is staying i happy again
but then, someone has to go over to replace her
and therefore i am sad again lor
no worries, i am not the chosen one...*HENG*
why??
why can't the 4 of us just be together
sigh
so difficult meh?
i know, just wait for 1.5 yrs and she will be back, but can i wait tt long
i have never stayed more than 2 yrs in a job

damn frustrated at work today
this was what happened:-
cannot really gave the details
so got to cut short in everything
therefore some times it might not sound logical to u...but i just want to let out some steam..
i was highligting some guides to someone due to contractor's delayed in their submission via email
the person called me and said "i know u wrote a lot of things, but i dun understand what u r writing about. u always write things which i dun understand"

"huh? which part?"
"everything"
*rolled eyes*
FINE!! so i slowly explained tt according to the guide, contractor has to submit the doc by X days and it is now Y days and they have yet to submit anything except for a draft
"so the draft cannot meh?"
"yes"
"why"
"becoz its only a draft. no chop no signatures no nothing"
"then why they send u a draft?"
*steady lor. how the hell do i know?*
"they want me to vet the draft"
"so did u vet?"
"yes, of course"
"so have u replied them?"
"yes. i replied. but becoz the draft is locked, i cannot comment on the copy so i send them our templates and told them to comply"
"so are they complying?"

"ok. btw, just to inform u, by the extended dateline, the doc dun comes in, we have the rights to terminate as there is a clause in the doc"

if he said he does not understand, means the guide is not clear.

anyway, subsequently, he send out an email to my boss to seek her advise
and reminded me to forward him the clause
i copied and pasted the section and deliberately highlighted and bold the sentence on the termination portion to shut his mouth up
which he subsequently replied with "thanks for the info. appreciated"
oh come on!! if there is no such clause, u think i got nothing better to do then to anyhow say tt can terminate then find more trouble for myself??
sigh.....
then the next email came in asking me when i vetted and replied on the draft
so to save the everybody's trouble of guessing who caused the delayed
i not a save oil lamp replied " the contractor send in their draft on friday at 526pm and i replied today at 1.33pm"

COHESION DAY
had a wonderful time yesterday
it was office family day!!
we volunteered to play the laser quest game aka shooting game
it was so fun
in one of the game, the girls (including myself) almost got into a fight.....hahaha
hiong rite?
imagine, 3 of us, shoot one...the one did not die.....how could it be???!!!??!
and tt one still want to be rude and said " i did not die ok!!!!"
hahahaha
the 3 of us insisted tt she is dead and almost want to hoot her lor
hahaha
steady!!!
anyway, its a game la. we decided

PARTY TIME
we have our office "chap gor mei" today
coz today is the last day of the lunar new yr!!
the 15 days of celebration just ended like this

anyway, we had so much food

this morning
the moment i walked into the train
this poly girl was standing just next to the entrance
firmly rooted to the ground
when i said "excuse me"
dun know she deaf or what, did not hear me
and the ah pui behind her also did not hear it
so what did i do?
i pushed my way in between them and moved in lor
the poly girl looked at me, or perhaps i should use the word "STARED" a few times
and i just ignored her reading my free papers
after a while, she went back to her notes
few stops later, a huge crowd came and
the best thing was, she was still guarding her spot fiercely
firmly rooted and refused to budge
fine!!
so now the train is crowded and she cannot read her notes any more
and she was so frustrated, kept looking at me, coz i can still happily read my papers and she can't even read her notes
and i just gave her the heck care, yayakalapa look!!
seriously, u dun wan to move for whatever reason, i dun know and i dun care
but if u r so inconsiderate, then sorry lor...

ok, i know its messy
but wat can i do abt it
i just want the hair to gorw longer so tt i can go perm it if not rebond
coz the current length does not look good for perm or rebond

its ren ri today = everybody's birthday
i requested to have steamboat
but mama said no as bil and sister won't be coming back for dinner
and i went "no come still can eat rite?"
she insisted no as she has to work OT
fine!!
i called sister and asked her to come back
and come back she did!!!
with the lo hei!!!

no steamboat but a bowl of soup for every one....

UNBELIEVABLE
i read in the papers today tt couples in china are divorcing like nobody business
and this particular story made me rolled eyes
when asked for the reason for divorcing her hubby
this woman said tt every yr the couple will quarrel abt whose hometown to go back to during the cny
and since every yr quarrel then why not just end it all
and they are in the marriage for 3 yrs!!
i cannot believe tt they did not predict such a problem will happened before they signed on the dotted lines
i mean, just do it on alt yr lor
this yr ur hometown, next yr mine
then all happy rite?
or both also dun go back
swee!!
such a petty issue
for what?
then in the first place when u know tt u are not from the same hometown why bother to marry each other??

SPOT THE DIFFERENCE
half day today
so went to work as usual
ta bao all the stuff tt i am gg to "attack" during the long weekend
=((
nevertheless, i still managed to clear some crappy stuff in the AM
*beam beam*
got this incident want to share:-
i send out an email to inform the rest abt the changes i made to a template in respect to an earlier email send out by one of the coll
i highlighted the changes in red and bold for easy reference and even remind them what to do with immediate effect
someone called me
and the conversation goes like this:-
hello
yes
can u tell me what is the changes in clause b
clause b?
yes clause b. u said changes highlighted in red mah, but clause b got nothing
becoz in the original version, there is only clause a. but after i amended clause a, too long le, the para, so i splitted the clause in a and b. so b no change.
oh is it? last time only 1 clause. so now u only amend the one in red and split the clause into 2

hm......frankly, maybe this coll very hardworking

ALMOST THERE
so happy

i trim and shape my messy eye brow
bought a green coloured dress
got new shoes
new blusher
and got a pair of aching feet......hehehe
i started my shopping spree at 12pm....
and here i am sitting comfortably in front of my lappy BUT with 2 aching feet!!!
hehehe
but at least, i have somethine NEW to wear for the LUNAR NEW YEAR!!
yipppeeee!!!

i still need to get a PJ and some inner beauties
but these should be much easier to get than cny clothings rite?
