after the laser quest on fri........
i woke up on sat with "pain" in both my thunder thighs
old le
even the muscles cannot take it anymore
and i tell u lor
i did not even run in the game
i was hiding coz i was the "VIP" hehehe
the rest of the grp have to protect me....so i did not run at all
i was stationary at one spot
sigh...
really old le....
walk also pain
sit down stand up also pain
squat down also pain, stand up after squattng also pain
old le.....
how???!!!???
