ok, even if i accept tt its due to the time constraints....then why XYZ?? why not ABC? or existing company??
must be able to answer tt mah
how can a newly set up firm be better than the incumbent managing agent??
if price is not an issue then what past track records or experience XYZ has over incumbent managing agent???
