THE CHOSEN ONE

last nite a friend of mine went to attend a dinner event
she texted me as i was leaving the office "how are such events to be like?"
i replied "go with an open mind set and just enjoy the food and company. dun think abt it as gg and die die must get marry partner"
and away she went.........

frankly, i have lamented to her a few times tt dun know where are are the guys ard my age....
and the guys really just cheong towards those SYT (aka sweet young thing)
"erm.....am i asking for too much or am i choosy or too fussy? just looking for someone who loves me, treats my family and friends well. provide a shelter over our head and live comfortably"
most of the time she just diam diam and smiled back

after her event last nite, i texted her "so how's ur 1st event?"
and she went "BORED!!! all the guys just swarmed ard the SYT!!!...blah blah blah"

then i told her "oh, but dun be surprised some of the guys will contact u too"
and she said will not as they dun seemed interested
and then she told me abt her friend who was quite interested in this guy so was busy talking to this guy but she observed the guy was actually interested in a younger particpant....kua kua kua

erm....not tt i dun want her to tag along...but i very long no attend events le.....
afterall master said "no more le" then why bother to keep looking....just wait for love to come looking for me lor......
