GOING BONKERS!!

wanted to make an insurance claim with the A company
coz the luggage handle came off when we went to collect out bag at bbk terminal
sis said can claimed insurance so ok lor

btw, she was supposed to make the claim
but alas, she did not
and i was instructed to do it

so off i went
go into the A's webby
wakao!!
waited for 20mins no can download
so wat to do?
do the manual way lor
TO CALL

called the number found in the webby for travel claim and emergency dun know what the shit
operator picked it up after as usual the routine of exercising your fingers
"sorry u want to make a claim, pls go to the website to put up the claim"
"tts the problem. i have been waiting fr it to download system for 20mins le. tts why i call"
"oh, but this is not the correct number to call, this is the number for EMERGENY"
"oh is it? i found the number on ur webby"
"oh, no this is the number for EMERGENY. u can call XXXXXXX to make a claim but as today is deepavali, u have to try calling that number i gave u tomolo. u can make a claim within 30days from ur return"
"ok. sure, no problem. 30 days from the return rite?"

so today i called the XXXXXXX
"hello, is this A company, i would i like to make a travel claim"
"sorry, i think u called the wrong number. this is C company. we are processing claims not make a claim. and if u want to make a claim, u can mail it in"
"erm....i got this number from the website of A"
"is it? then A company did not update their website"

"oh u go into the website to get the form"
"tts the problem. i cannot access the website and called the helpdesk. helpdesk told me i called the wrong number and gave me this, and now u telling me tt i called the wrong number. then how? all wrong number?"

*wtf!! if J is having a meeting now, then why is there a "J's desk"

ok ok whatever
"u see, i want to make a claim.."
"which insurance u bought?"
" i bought a travel insurance with A company"

*come on!! how many times do i need to repeat myself!!!*
"i have difficulties accessing the website and someone asked me to call J"

seriously!!! then why in the first instances, no one offered to JUST forward me the form!!!!!
