R U SURE? NO FLOOD?

first thing ppl asked me today
"so how? ok? got flood or not?"

and my standard reply is "no flood. sunny everyday?"

then they will give me the "r u sure" look

then they will follow with "u sure u did not swim or row the boat?"

and i will go "yes. everyday walking. shop shop shop. shop and eat"

and they were like "but the news everyday reporting flood here and there"

but frankly, really, no flood. only sunshine for the 4 days i was there.........except for thur evening.....got rain..but tts all...still no flood..no need to panic

anyway, one coll had to postpone her trip to bkk
and becoz of the postponement she need to pay extra!!
i rather she just go.......afterall only for a few days wat.......
