was talking to J this morning
and she shared tt after eating a certain fast food chicken she will go poo
and i realised tt i haven poo for quite some time
so what did i do?
i waited till the rain stopped, and cheong out for a foot reflex session
and then i came home and POO!!!
waahahahahhaa
hopefully all the toxic are flushed out
coz alot of pimples popping out ard the area of my mouth
