seriously, in my own humble opinion
the ppl who came up with the idea abt having the board (or whatever it is called) to tell passengers which bus to take to reach their destination when train break down in future IS SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT TAKE THE MRT!!!!

when train breakdown, u think the no of passengers is only a handful???
oh pls!!!  see the photos being published on the news also will know, its not handful of ppl lor
is a swarm of ppl?

and how big is the board??
to allow a swarm of ppl to see and then go
and then to see and then to go
so many ppl will be crowding in front of the board and then how???
will be squeeze and push and jab at

i totally dun believe ppl thinks this is a good idea
the board is good!!
of course the board is good if its big enough for all to see AT THE SAME TIME!!!!
if u need to q and see, i doubt can help lor
coz everybody will cheong at the same time
and then u think, once they see, they will know where which how to go to their final destination???
ppl tend to stand there and look and source for alternative lor

when trains breakdown, i doubt the crowd is at these areas lor
why not try jurong? bishan??? paya lebar???

anyway, smart alec...
go take train in the AM (with the morning crowd), PM (with the gg home crowd) then u will know how we need to and push and jab our way into the train everyday AM and PM
then when train breakdown, u will know how the crowd behaves and suddenly the weather become damn hot!!!
then u tell me whether the board works or not

may not reflects what others are thinking
maybe they really think the board thingy is good
GOOD if its as big as the one in the AIRPORT
where ppl can see the planes arriving at which belt at what time at which from where

as at now, if its just a small board, i dun see how it can help ease the crowd
