SEE NO LIGHT

i took leave today to attend the little one's schol fun fair
so in the AM i  arranged to go meet the nice lady from mcys or is it mycs?
ok whatever
who cares right

anyway her job is to see whether can match make any singles in her data base
and turned out she has more ladies than guys in her database (which is norm la coz the guys always go for foreign brides mah)
so anyway the conversation started well, until my age and current status were mentioned
she told me honestly tt most of the guys in her database stated tt they dun want to know ppl like me
GOOD! SWEE! POM PI PI!
she explained tt afterall we are chinese...which ok la, i can understand too
so i dun forced ppl lor, forced no happiness de
and then abt my age, she said "limited" chances
which is ok la, i can understand too

then she asked me abt the events i joined
and advised me to join other events instead as the ones i joined are considered "conservative" and i will only meet "conservative" ppl who may not accept me
*beam beam*

so i hit the jack pot lor
i guessed it correctly, i knew i was joining the wrong events
i joined events which i like and like me "conservative" and therefore i am always meeting the "wrong" men
so i must be OPEN to other events which i have not given thoughts to before or i just brush the events aside
she told me too tt i should join events which can showcased my bubbly characters and ppl will see BEYOND and will like me for who i am and soon they will also be able to accept
anyway, i am gg to heed her advice coz i was just telling J tt day tt i think i am joining all the wrong events tts why i have no luck!!

but frankly, i am very sad to hear this  from the conversation
abt my age and my status la
damn sad tt ppl cannot accept
and tts why i decided to have this chit chat sesson with this lady so tt she can helps me "sieve" out the potentials
and also help me do the first screening, like i told her "if the guys can accept me for who i am then we talk abt the next step"

then she also told me to get friends or even sis or bil to intro their friends to me
sigh
if have, they would have done so lor
it would be the same thing, they might have friends, but friends cannot accept so how to intro??
but look at it at another angle, they are helping me to "sieve" too!!
hehe...since their friend cannot accept, then dun bother to intro

but frankly, if u dun know me, how can u judge me right??
=)

let me be sad for few days/weeks/months bah...then see how to move from there....
so does tt means what the master said is true??!??!
