told mama to cook less salty food for papa
but papa insisted tt he can eat anything except tt it has to be in small qty
told papa to walk ard more and not to sit at one position for too long
he told me cannot walk too much and must walk slowly
I told him ya lor, walk slowly walk a bit, just dun sit in a position for too long and why is he always in a hurry for what? he has all the time now, why rush? just enjoy the walk and look look see see along the way

asked them to do 1 they always have 2, 3 4, and so on

anyway its his health, his body, he can do what he deemed fit
