PAIN PAIN PAIN, PLEASE GO AWAY

the "injured" arm dun know for whatever reason was very very pain on fri
so I decided tt I need to see expert le

and off to TCM I went
I wanted to go find tt master who treated me previously
but wa kao!!
closed down le
WTF
so no choice got oto google lor
decided to go to the one in lavender, near the ica building

during lunch time, I decided to google somemore on it
and ho say lor
closing at 1245 and reopening at 3pm
and its already 1230
so I googled again and finally decided to go find the one at tampines

I just told him my arm cannot lift up though I went for a massage and eventually did a gs which ease the pain but did not seemed to go over
he immediately said no worries no problem
just do a baguan
I told him can dun do tt, he said that's the only way and not be afraid coz only slight pain
I said well okie... and to make matter worst he asked me, u eat le? I said yes. u mean cannot eat? then how?
he said no la. must eat coz maybe u will faint
and I was like *gulp*
what have I got myself into
and I told him then can dun do baguan again
then he said no worries. not tt painful de.
and I said okie lor

did a baguan and some click here pop there.. and all these while I went "pain pain pain"
was kao
steady pom pi pi
he does not seemed to care what I was screaming lor.. haha
and then miracles happened like tt.....
 can lift no pain lor

then he started to do some massage on the neck and told me wrong
then arm ard my neck and crack crack
steady wow!!
*clap hands*

then continued with the massage and ho say lor
told me the back also no right asked me what did I do, I said I did not nothing just the arm pain
then also lift me up by the arm
and ho say
*clark*
he claimed shifted back into position

told me to exercise cannot dun exercise
(so I told myself. must go back to gym le. no matter how busy)

I left the clinic feeling great de
then the pain on the left arm creep right back when I was removing the bedsheet and putting new ones
sigh
and I was like why I go and make it worst

anyway the pain went away shortly
and I was happy again
then when I was sleeping last nite I tell u... sibei pain when I try to sleep on my left side and I was like why like tihis

anyway this AM I wanted to go back to the doc de
but I was thinking perhaps would be painful de
coz tts one of the locations that baguan was done

so I shall monitor for a day or two
in the meantime I just paste the plaster the master gave me after the treatment
=D

total damage $35!!!

and he also told me the gs which was done previously is okie... just tt the lady overdone and causes the bruises which are just too much and so uncalled for....
i wanted to tell him but at least it ease the pain and I can lift up my arm after session with her
but then again.. its okie la...


so  will monitor for a while if the spot still in pain after few more days, I shall go over and see again...coz I need to sleep on my left side bah
