PAPERLESS = MORE PROBLEM

last month when I received the cc bill, I was shocked that they did not include a return envelope anymore instead asking us to go to the webby to print the envelope out ourselves

and then mama just came back and said that their company also gg to cease giving them hardcopy payslip
so she asked me to help her go to the webby and let her see
so I went then password does not work
I told her to go to her HR and ask the HR to help, she said how they HR know what to do
I said dun care the HR know or dun know, they are suppose to help the employee mah
they sudden change to soft copy of course must expect some hiccups here and there
and password dun work... dun ask them then ask who?
I mean how I know what to do?

I asked mama to ask those colls who has logged in le, to help her use the office company to log in... if still cannot, then she go to HR dept and ask them to help
then mama said no need, call the help desk

the HR go resolve for u, even if want to call help desk, get the HR to call
