RANTING

very long no rant about goldfish le
recently I realised tt I have been ranting a lot
dun know why
she like key siao again
and it is really the tmd

its like practically EVERYDAY rant and rant about her leh
I think its either my patience with her is running thin... or she really am too much la
but since I had already survived for 3 years plus.. I guess the above 2 reasons would be the many reasons for my recent unhappiness

and to make matter worst
mdm threw letter the day before
and even with the talk they had
she can tell mdm tt she is esp strict with the younger staff

please wake up ur idea la
if tts the case, why so many unhappiness among the ppl under her regardless of age leh

I think she hor, got problem

anyway she really disappoint me this time, BIG TIME
ppl leaving the team one after another
making me so depressed and upset
first TM, then sotong, then tnp and now mdm
soon will be me lor
esp she is simply getting more and more difficult to please and I simply dun intend or rather I no mood to entertain her anymore


I wont list down all the incidents tt I am pissed off
coz I cannot remember all (heehee) and also cox I am still depressed and upset about mdm's throwing of the letter and I so wanted to cry and then I suddenly missed my mama
and then I cried again......sigh

take the most recent case
someone A came and asked me what is the basis of my estimate
very direct and simple and straightforward right?
so I answered lor
nothing wrong right??
and before tt I think A got asked tnp where she also replied the earlier queries posted to her

BUT next moment, goldfish send us both an email and asked "I saw the emails flying may I know wat is ur involvement?"
tnp did not reply
but I was like what is this? cannot even answer A for a straightforward qn?  need to go thru her?  then how to work leh if everything needs to go thru, I mean.. siao right
then go instruct all tt any queries need to go thru her and not directly to her staff
siao right??
okie, if u think I am wrong I should not have answer directly then let me know then I will be like the last incident, I avoid my big boss at all cost... not gg to talk to him or be seen talking to him, esp if she is ard

so what did I reply?
I told her the estimate was prepared by us. A just asked for the basis. and I clarified with her lor
involvement strictly speaking is ZERO!! just I am just clarifying

small matter and she made it like a mountain leh

frankly many things I already send over to her
she is supposed to clear, but they r all sitting in her inbox
coz she forever what fucking reasons she want to give, its my fault for not reminding her, for chasing her or asking her

I did all I can except to go over and physically ask

u r in the email loop, if I have done what I can do, and still no answer, then as a boss, shouldn't u be the next one in line to go ask for the outcome with the legal ppl?

I told her " nothing in the contract provisions SPECIFICALLY tackle the issue on XXX"

this AM when I opened my email
and there sitting in my inbox big boss email to me to do some collation
of course for cc to goldfish and 2 other bhs

since she said want to meet in the PM,  I asked can we also discuss that piece of shit
she said u go proposed then see me

then who knows, it turned out tt she was gg to discuss with mc and J on how to collate the data not knowing tt its the same piece of shit
and when she realised tt its the same
she told MC " okie. mc dun need to do le. she is doing " and was gg to leave the room
and I was immediately fire all up to the max level

what is this?
whether who does the piece of shit, still its our unit work right?
and what does she mean "SY's work we dun need to do?"
before she realised tt its the piece of shit tt was assigned to me by big boss, she had in mind to have 2 ppl to do the work
then why when its me, she said u go do... OMO
at least be kind enough to say let J and u work together

and she shot me back, "u think the consultants very free? they already closed the accounts with us, whats make u think they will entertain us to give us the info?"

and then I was like U WIN LIAO then u tell me lor
and then she said tomolo u go look from the payment file

find a few then we see how we can collate

and MC was nice enough to explain tt its not gg to be easy
and she went " I dun know I dun  know. I really dun know u know mc, but let SY goes thru the payment files and see what she can retrieve. I am sure big boss will ask have we checked our own data"

and since she asked for transfer so the P was given to me instead

but she is just making matters worst for me to stay on
everybody asked me how can I survive for 3 years here under her
I every time still say tt she is actually very nice and knows her work well

I may not be as good as her
but I will do things to my best of my ability
and it might not be good enough for her, but at least its good enough for myself.

as I said, well I just get the job done and get over it
so this AM, I went into office and then I drafted the email to be send out to all about the presentation

and then tnp said can changed the timing to 930 as need to set up and she starts work at 9am
I replied its okie if all is okie
then she said we need to set up the chairs too, so we need to take from another meeting rooms and so how many chairs to take
I replied tt the other rooms are all occupied so unless got spare chairs if not, don't think we can take
and since I already said the room I secured was a small one hence will be squeezy lor
and so I said maybe the staff need to take their own stools down
and then the tnp replied in tt case, lets postpone to the next day

SWEE RIGHT!!
never do anything
but just want to FIND FAULTING PROBLEM

so I cheong over to goldfish and told her " I had enough!! I am not gg to reply her. and let her do what she wants"
so goldfish took over and asked if there are bigger rooms for earlier dates
(but since tnp said this week she is busy with her tender and preferred 2 weeks later and we still need to amend the slides. so I proposed a later date after checking all bosses calendar.)
and hor, goldfish told her okie, then SY u present and tnp u present XX

and immediately tnp replied tt she was the one who suggested jointly present and she underlined the spend one day of her cny to do up the slides and hence she wants to see thru it
then goldfish replied oh is it? I only remember tt u asked me to nominate ONE pax to present but okie can u two joint present but u still present the XX urself

THE STORY OF THE COLD CHICKEN WINGS

the other night
when I came home
papa asked me to go bath first while he go heat up the chicken wings using the toaster as he also has not eat yet

so after I bathing, I took my rice and the one tiny piece of sardine
and went to the dining table to take the chicken wings

before tt I want to add tt I saw him slowly taking the aluminium foil out from the toaster to the dining table and its was like very very hot

so as I was taking the wings to put on my plate, papa went
"HOT HOT HOT. be careful ah"
and then I slowly touch touch the wings lor
coz I dun want to scald myself mah

then walao!!
can faint leh
the whole wing is cold one lor
and then I touched the other pieces all cold one

told papa "alamak!! where got hot? so cold leh"
he gave me an unbelievable look
and touched the wings
and then he went "HOW COME? cannot be. the foil is so hot"

then I wanted to touch the aluminium foil to prove tt the wings seriously are damn cold lor and papa said "dun its hot"
so also slowly touch touch to test test the water
and then wakao
the foil also cold one

and best is papa said " eat la eat la. can eat one. never mind de"
and so I told him "u eat u eat"

and I went to the study room to watch my drama and eat the rice with sardine first lor
then after finishing the food, I went out and papa was eating the wings and keep asking me to eat them
I told him " u eat u eat"
so I took the 5 wings and went to re heat it in the toaster
to my horror, the toaster was COLD one lor

I think papa did not on the electricity when he first heat them up
really duhz leh

then at the background
papa keep saying " just eat la,. can eat one"
and I being the short tempered one
just shot him back " U EAT U EAT. U SHUT UP AND EAT. I ALSO NEVER STOP U FROM EATING RIGHT?"
and then he diam diam and finished up his dinner

and 10mins later
I got my hot hot wings

but what I can I do

explained to him why we already tried our best
so the only way in my humble opinion is to look at the floor area or the specs
which in my opinion cannot be decided at her or my level but at big boss level
so to go see him, get the directions then we can proceed which would be much easier right?

and with big boss direction, I went back and goldfish came in and said lets discuss

then for whatever reason, kan cheong mah, so mdm cannot find the email she send out the other day
so I told them the email is dated 4 mar at 502pm
then I heard goldfish quietly told mdm "look for 4 mar"
and then MC said okie found it
then she said not this, another one
and then I found something in my inbox so I turned and wanted to signal her to come and see
but she still insisted tt not to see me
FINE!!
I just continue to do my work then

so tt time was like 3 plus le
then she went meeting
then I went home 530pm
dun care le
hahaha

I mean, dun talk then dun talk
I send email lor
u dun read, not my problem, I just send reminder again and again lor

anyway I still think its best for her to wake up her idea la
like I always say, I dun need her, its she needs me more
so we just making use of each other
need her to keep my job
she needs me to do the job
