EXCUSE ME.....

was on my way home the other day (can't remember which day)
2 china guys were standing on the right side of the escalator (gg down direction) while all others, including myself were standing on the left side
then along came a student "excuse me"
and he "snaked" his way thru the 2 china men and proceed to walk down the "steps"
one kind soul explained to the china men tt "stand on the right side. ppl walking down on the left"
one of them then quickly stepped to the left side, while the other (STUBBORN) stood firmly at his original place and exclaimed "want to walk down use the stairs lah" and pointed to the staircase just beside the escalator.........

sigh
*speechless*
ppl kind enough to explain and he still want to rebutt....what for........wrong is wrong. how to be right? anyway, just stepped to the left side lah, will die? can die? *ponder*

then tt reminds me of another story
one fine day, i was in the MRT, standing as usual, coz it was after office hours
2 mama together with their sons boarded the train at lavendar
one of the boy, A, got the "please give up this seat" seat and was happily sitting there quietly by himself
the other boy, B, saw him with the seat and insisted tt A must shared the seat with him
(what kind of theory rite?)
anyway, apparently A dun like B and refused, strongly refused to share the seat
and guess what happened next?
B cried
and his mama told him "its only a few stops. its ok to stand for awhile. be good"
and boy A's mama upon seeing boy B cried, told her son to share the seat with B
A told his mama "the seat is only designed for one person to sit and i sat le. so B cannot sit. i dun want to let him sit"
and his mama told him "its ok. just share. if u dun share, next time i dun bring u out le"
and boy A simply refused and kept insisiting tt the seat was meant for one backside nia
but his mama insisted tt he share
and boy B's mama was like "its ok. few stops only"
and boy A's mama kept urging her son to share the seat

finally!! boy A said "want then sit on my legs lah. why must sit on the seat?"
and B quickly jumped onto boy A's leg and sat there with a very happy grin on his face
sign of victory???!!??

frankly, i think Boy A is correct
seat is meant for only 1 backside lor
so PLEASE DUN EVER EVER encourage your children to share the seat
coz its only gg to inconvenience the passenger sitting next to u
imagine 2 backsides sharing one seat, one back side sure crossed over to the next seat one lor
so why want to cause inconvenience to others

and frankly, in my own humble opinion, if this is the way parents teach their children, then when the kids grow up, they will be like the 1st scenrio which i mentioned earlier...STUBBORN lor....dun think they are wrong... "want to walk down use the stairs lah"
*slap forehead*

just values must be taught when the childrens are still young.... once u instilled something not right into them.........tts it........forever recorded in their hard disk never to be erased until one day hard disk crashes............

so whose fault?
parent? teacher? or the child??
