QUARATHON

dun know whether did i spell it correctly
anyway, few months ago, i did mentioned tt dear joined this competition with his colls rite?
swimming, blading, cycling and finally running

well, yesterday was the competition
woke up damn early in the morning so tt i can accompany him there

i tell u
shiong lor
not becoz i got to wake up early ok
shiong becoz they have to swim against the choppy tides
and when his coll came back after a 500m swim in the sea, there were still 8 more swimmers in the sea
dear was the second league
he went blading.... i did not see him start off
did not want to stress him
but i was there when he came back
his coll came back from his swim at 830am and dear got back from his blade at 915am
then the cylist went off and before we knew it he was back and the runner sprinted off
2 laps and then zoomed off to the finishing line
each of them got a medal!!

so damn proud of him!!!
they all decided tt next yr!! they shall be back!!
and this time, better trained.......and know the expectation le
