went to visit stephy and her new born today in G hospital
as usual, dun know what to get
so ended up buying chicken essence

i tell u, there are so many types of chicken essence lor
u named it, they have got it
tang kwei
ling zhi
american ginseng
cXXXXXX only know what
and also got berries de

omg!!
so many choices but i still have no idea which one is suitable

so ended up, getting a NORMAL chicken essence
and bird nest with collgen........muahahhaa
beauty and health, both equally impt...

princess baby gilda was such a darling....
she happily and contendedly sleeping away
until she decided it was meal time!!!

as usual, babies who just do their stuff quietly are always very cute....
