coz he actually went to tell our new neighbours not to smoke at the corridor

and the new neighbour actually listens.........

i came home last evening and he was standing by the railing smoking away
then when he saw me coming out of the lift
he pai seh pai seh like tt and told me "sorry sorry"
and then he immediately went back into his unit
swee lor
hahaha
but then again, dad's just lucky tt we have a nice new neighbour
imagine its those *ahem*, i think a huge fight will break out......
