OPENED OR CLOSED

think its a fact, "u can't please everyone"

in some co, i know they practised "closed appraisal"
which means whatever rank/band/grade u gotten for tt FY, u will never get to know
and then what happened?
staff complained. saying if its "not opened" then how could they improve or know in which areas do they need to buck up in

in some co, the mgt practised "opened appraisal"
which means, staff gets to know EVERYTHING and ANYTHING
and then what happened?
"and they lived happily ever after"

stopped dreaming.......seriously..........
staff gets unhappy when they knew that they gotten some grade/rank/band which they think they dun deserved
then what happened?

but definitely somebody, anybody and some one will still be happy/delighted with what they had gotten.........
