NOT FAMILY??

i totally forgotten abt this incident
until i went to bed last evening
was i sad? hm......i dun know....if i am say i am not i think i am lying bah
but seriously, i am too used to it le

we were at the wedding reception
and mingle mingle ard
then my sister appeared and she came over to look for us
along came the photographer
and she went "mum, dad come let's take a photo. together. come chloe, take photo. we take a family pic"
all stood there, smiling away, just waiting for the photographer to go "click click click"
AND there i was standing just few inches away from them and nobody remembered tt i am too a family.........sigh
whatever

then old man said "u so poor thing. nobody remembers u. still say take family photo. u not family meh?"
i smiled at him "its ok lah."
and all my cousins were standing there, looking......*speechless*

then the tea ceremony started sometime after the buffet started
all the elders were served tea by the happy couple
and then one of my cousin went "SY will u be gg up later to serve tea?"
and i went "well, if they are prepared to give me ang pao why not?"
and we all laff laff laff and agreed so, but alas......i was not required.......

then the ultimate came
its the thank giving speech........
first the groom thank this and tt and passed the mic to sister
she went "thanks daddy, mummy. and thanks chloe"
steady lor!!
i am still missing........despite of the fact tt i am only sitting next to her daughter
ok fine, tts it

guessed old man wanted to say something to me
but i think he decided better not rub salt to the wound
but then again, i am used to it
perhaps i was never part of the family.........to begin with
