last yr got this feedback session which we are encouraged to do for our peers and supervisors
so I did 4 lor
2 bossess and 2 peers

this yr we got back our feedback
and guess what??
I got feedback from 3 peers and 2 supervisors

dun expect the bosses to give VERY good reviews but ok la, constructive, so I can still accept
what I cannot accept was this one peer's feedback

I seriously dun know who was the damn jia liat one
until just now on way home I got enlightenment from another coll

seriously DUH

her feedback was so negative from pt 1 to last pt
said I dun know my work. not professional. dun take pride in my work. dun know what I am doing. just do what I was instructed but wont go find out the rationale behind the pc of work, my work always have mistakes, need to check my work and the jing diam is she has to work with me coz she has NO FUCKING CHOICE!!! okok.. fucking is I added de.. hehehe

but definitely she had stepped on my toe

and she will get hers when time is due

to think tt I quite pity her when she was diagnosed with a tumour in her breast
I need to constantly remind myself if I pity others than who pity me
and hor, this kind of ppl dun need ppl to pity
coz she looked down on others

I also knew tt she would have constantly go "poison" boss's mind
tts why whole of last yr I was being "tok" by her
but to think tt boss's ears are so soft and choose to listen to her than to see and feel it for herself the staff whom has worked under her for 4 yrs!!!
I have nothing to say but this kind of boss I wont want to work with her for long........

as far as I am concerned, they can hug each other and die together
